I take this every day for joint pain, and it works! The only thing that has worked for my neck (herniated discs) pain, back pain and knee pain. I am in my 50s and I have been an athlete all of my life, so my joints were starting to hurt a lot. This has been a game changer for me and I can still hike, bike, run, kayak, with almost no pain now. Noticeable results in about a week.

Large tablets
I didn’t check out how large the tablets were. In my 81 year old Osteo mind I assumed they would be easy for a senior to swallow. They are 7/8 inches long and fairly wide. I can not swallow these. Even cut in half they’re hard. I wasted my money on these.
