Been using this vitamin for years. It’s the only one I found with most of the supplements I want in one like omega 3. Small and smooth gel capsule is super easy to swallow. There’s no taste or smell. Great quality.

These multi vitamins aren’t terrible. They do have an awful smell and they are a bit large. It has everything in it that I want though. I had the gummy or chewable kind so this is the next best option. These are much easier on my stomach than some other multi vitamins I’ve tried. I recommend these if you’re looking for something that has iron that won’t ruin your stomach.

A powerhouse of a multi, even includes omega 3s! The price makes me fret every time but the quality keeps me hooked. For how small the pills are and how nutrient stacked they are I get over the price. Wish they sold in a different bottle or huge quantities.

I’ve been taking the Olly Women’s Multivitamin consistently for about a year, and I’m honestly blown away by the results. They’re super easy to swallow, no aftertaste, and no stomach upset. The blend of selenium, iodine, and other nutrients in these vitamins actually helped level out my thyroid, my lab work proves it! I never expected a multivitamin to make such a noticeable difference in my health.I’m not sponsored (though I wish I was, lol), just really impressed and grateful for the benefits. This is my second bottle, they really do work! I’ve already noticed a difference in my hair it’s grew a little and much thicker! I had been dealing with hair loss from stress and this has helped me! The taste is not great!! I try and eat something small after to cut the after taste but it’s not to to bad, they do not hurt my stomach at all! I’ve had no issues, easy to swallow, I take 2 a day I usually take mine at night bc I just can’t do the taste that early in the morning lol but I do recommend them over all!!
