Product description
Clean and deodorize by applying the product directly to odor-causing areas. Let sit for 3-5 minutes, then wipe clean or allow to air dry.
Blot the stain with an absorbent cloth. Apply the product, let sit for 5-10 minutes, then blot with a clean cloth and air dry.
Use ¼ to ½ cup twice per week to clean and maintain drains. For problematic drains, add up to ½ cup daily for a week or until the issue is resolved.
Add 1 pint (16 oz) per 25 cubic feet of tank capacity for initial treatment, followed by 8 oz per week for maintenance

This works!
I was concerned this would be a temporary odor mask. Happily, it turned out to have an overpowering scent and the odor I was looking to eliminate didn’t come back. I have only used this on cement, so can’t speak to other applications. I bought another bottle to keep on hand for future potential needs.

Expensive but works
Seems to work like it should. You need to let it work. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes before extraction. It’s good at odor elimination and organic stains come out well. Better if cleaned right away. Older stains may take multiple treatments. I gave it less than 5 stars because it’s expensive. If you don’t use it a lot or often then it’s probably worth it more.

It works!
I had a very strong musty, mildew-like odor coming from my bathroom drain. I tried Drano, bleach, baking soda and vinegar, and boiling water and nothing worked. This stuff worked. I used 1/2 cup in the drain every day for about five days and finally the smell is gone. I plan to maintain the fresh odor now by putting 1/2 cup down the drain a couple times a month. It works!

Awesome stuff for pet mess!
This stuff is amazing for cleaning. When I say cleaning I mean all types of cleaning. I use it for pet puke on the carpet, clearing out drains, and general purpose cleaning. It’s awesome!
