The saline solution itself is legit, the nozzle to spray is not the best in my opinion. Especially for trying to spray on an ear piercing, it has an awkward sprayer and the nozzle to hold down even broke off initially. It works though.

Works well but drains quickly
I bought this item on July 20th and it lasted me until July 25th, a total of 5 days. The first day I used it, it was like a miracle when i woke up. I have a piercing on my nose and ear that have been angry for a while with a bump on them. The bump size dramatically reduced, probably by 40-60%, i was shocked because nothing i’ve tried in my 10 years of having piercings heals bumps that quickly. The two problems i have is that its not a spray despite looking like it, it’s more like a Jet. The way i got around this is to press on the tip gently and it will come out like i’m dripping water from a little pipette. Overall very expensive if you are using this 1-2 times a day to clean a piercing.

the only thing i clean my piercings with!
this stuff is perfect for cleaning piercings. i used to just mix sea salt and warm water but i bought this once out of curiosity (and laziness) and i won’t go back. i love being able to spray it directly on (the spray comes out a little strong, so be wary of tender piercings) or spray it onto a q-tip. it doesn’t have baking soda like another similar brand does, so my piercings have never gotten dry or irritated from this.

Bought this for my new ear piercings and it does a good job at cleaning the earrings and keep it dis infected. I would however watch out for the power, it’s pretty strong so just be careful when spraying it

It’s easy to use but omg the spray on the bottle is so powerful lol but it’s I’ve used it a few times on my piercing so I reordered it helps heal them very easily and it’s good for on the go in general this product is very easy and very good to use defo good if your piercing is fresh it gets all the crusty bits off
