Fantastic and Unexpected Benefits
So someone who worked in a pet store told me about this product, said it made his pets’ fur very lustrous after about 2-4 weeks use. I am a big believer in Omega 3’s, but was skeptical. It was on sale so I thought I’d give it a try. This stuff has done wonders for our dog and now it is indispensable in our household. First of all, it did make her coat more beautiful after about 3 weeks -it became softer and more lustrous and shiny. BUT, the unexpected thing was that it cleared up her persistent ear infections! HOLY SMOKES, we have spent a fortune at the vet trying to help our dog with this and nothing would help. All the meds, all the diets, all the cleanings…she just has this one ear that would keep getting ear infections no matter what we did. We weren’t even thinking that this stuff would help her ears, but after a few weeks her infection cleared up and we haven’t seen a new one in months. We have a big dog, so we squirt about 4 drops/squirts into her food daily and mix it up with the food. She is a picky eater but never rejected it, in fact, it seems she likes the taste. Also, like some people reported more energy or strength in their dog, I would say that appears to be true as well. Anyway, if you have a dog with persistent ear infections, give this a try. I hope it helps your dog like it helped ours, and that it saves you some money. Vet visits and meds are so expensive these days ($250-$500!), so this has been a bargain for us in comparison.

Shinier coat and stronger hair
My dogs are loving this. Two full squirts on their food in the morning and evening. Their coats feel great and are shinier than ever. I think their eyes look better too. I’ve had no bottle leaking issues. I believe it is good for their overall health. The price was right, especially compared to other brands. I think they are feeling better in regard to skin itching and coat health because of this product. Packaging is sturdy and so is the pump.

Excellent, affordable supplement for dogs
This works great a food supplement for all three of my dogs, short hair to long hair. My oldest, 10, had flaky dry skin since she was a year old. Once I started using fish oil supplements it cleared it right up. It also helps with her joint pain from hip dysplasia for the past 6 years, as well as my three year old schnauzer mix who I adopted with a crushed knee at 5 months after being run over by his previous owner. I also have a seven year old blonde terrier mix with very sensitive skin, and food allergies, who constantly had irritated skin, and it has vastly improved with fish oil supplements. They all love the taste of this particular one, and is less expensive than others like it. I have used salmon oil in the past, but have been using this for a couple of years now, and it works just as well. It is much more affordable, and convenient, than buying the little omega 3 capsules and squeezing them on the food… Espspecially with several dogs. I highly reccomend this for dogs! The only issue I have is the pump leaks a little, so I keep a paper towel under the spout, otherwise I will find a very nasty smelling puddle of fish oil on the counter, and you lose a small amount of the oil that way. If they could get a better pump for them, this product would be perfect. I’ve been using it for years, and it always arrives in a timely manner. They used to tape the pump down to prevent accidental spilling during delivery, but now they come very nicely individually shrink wrapped.

Looking good so far!
My two pitbuls have flea allergies and we wanted to try this salmon oil to add to their food. I have to say that I noticed a change in their behavior immediately after eating. Their tales have been wagging and seem to be more playful. My female is getting very old and she is never active anymore. This is the first time in a LONG time since I’ve seen her act like a young pup. I can’t tell they love it. Now just waiting to see how it works in the long run with their coats and skin. But so far so good!

Great for shedding!
We have a corgi and while it is common for them to shed a TON, ours was over the top. Literally handfuls of hair every time we brushed her, hair everywhere. We started putting this oil on her kibble and what a difference it has made in her coat! It is soft, shiny, and the shedding is significantly less.

Fabulous product, definitely recommend!
I’ve been using this pollock oil for a year and a half and love it. It’s simple to use and one 64 oz jug lasts me about four months using it for two dogs (one dog is ~35lbs and the other is ~65lbs).Instead of just pumping out the portions from this big jug I pour the oil into an olive oil dispenser (the kind that is a glass bottle with a metal tip) and then eyeball the dosage when I pour it on their breakfast and dinner. Works great!The smell isn’t strong although it does have a slight fishy smell, well less smelly than salmon oil. It is orange-colored.Since I’ve started using this pollock oil I have noticed that my dogs poo is consistent (no more diarrhea or loose/soft stools) and their skin and coat has become soft n’ shiny. One dog is a lab/retriver/pit bull mix and the other is a pit bull mixed with either a greyhound or a whippet. The lab has a light, fluffy, medium length coat and the other is brindle, short haired. It seems to work on both of their coats and skin equally.I would recommend this product.

We have three of them – one is a King Shepherd with awful skin and hair – this product did the job and we can now touch him all over without him moving away/flinching. The other two have incredible coats…

I have five golden retrievers. We feed raw food with the addition of sweet potatoes and broccoli twice a week. This oil has been the best supplement we have bought in our 25 years ownership of retrievers. One of our boys who had lost all his hair post a cruciate ligament surgery for a year, had his fur begin to return after 4 weeks on this oil. It is very good

I was happy to find this product on on Amazon I had bought the wild salmon oil and this works the same only at a lower price. My dogs love it and have stopped being so picky at their food (Rough Collies are like that). As a Collie owner my dogs are known for dry flaky skin but the Grizzly Oil cleared it up in 4 days and also stopped the hair from breaking and gave their coats a better sheen. I would recommend this product anytime as it is cheaper than the Omega 3,6 and 9 oils that you buy from the vets. There is no fish smell to it and it does have a long shelf lise.

My dog goes crazy for this oil! She has dry skin, so I was looking for oil to supplement her food with. I chose this product over salmon oil because it is more affordable and salmon populations are at risk. She really loves the taste of this oil. It is a little stinky- but that makes it irresistible to dogs! I have been using it twice daily in her food for 2 weeks and haven’t noticed a change in her skin yet. I imagine it will take a few weeks to show any effects. Meanwhile it is rewarding to see her enjoy her food so much !The bottle was well sealed when I received it, but some oil splashed out at me when I raised the bottle’s pump

I tried the smaller bottle on the 56-lb 14-month-old doggie, and she loved it. She has been enjoying her meals with it ever since. Will need a bigger bottle soon.
