OMG I love this harness, let me count the ways!! Fit is perfect, SO STURDY!! love the metal clips, love the extra padding, SUPER LOVE the handle! This is a GREAT harness. Only place it could be improved is to add a front clasp to it for better control of dog that’s still learning to walk on a lead. My little 6 month old guy started trying to pull like a sled dog after a few times out with it. This harness is well worth the money, it’s super well made. I’ve been using it a while now and I would recommend to anyone. Pricey, but not overpriced for the quality. It’s a great harness.

The best harness I’ve ever bought!
The best harness, and the best company.My dog is a mix breed little dog (7#s) with an awkwardly thick chest, short legs, and more attitude than intelligence. I love the harnesses my large dogs had, and I’ve always felt like small dogs don’t have nearly as good harness available. I’ve struggled to find a harness that fits him that isn’t one of those cloth ones, which still never fit right and always left an awkward gap in the front. This harness has been a total game changer and I donated all the others that I had. I recommend being sure to measure your dog for the best fit. I measured my little man and this harness is PERFECT. We’ve used this harness every day for the past 4 months and it has held up great! It functions well in summer and winter, and I was easily able to adjust the straps based off him wearing his winter clothes or before a haircut vs after. The hardware is well made and easy to use, I struggle with my fingers sometimes with the old snap to buckle ones and this one is perfect! No awful Velcro getting stuck in his hair, no difficult to open buckles, no struggling to unsnap him after a walk. The cloth parts are well sewn together and the color is beautiful! This harness is so well made, and I can tell it will last for a long time. It feels like the safest harness I’ve ever owned, and I feel secure that he won’t be able to slip out of it. While we don’t use the traffic handle for traffic (he’s very short) I love that I can use it to hold on to him comfortablly when holding him or when trying to control this 7 pounds ball of fur and fury. I HIGHLY recommend trying this harness. And I will not hesitate to purchase more in the future.

Well thought out design, quality construction, quality materials.
This is a great harness, and is just as capable in the wilderness as it is walking a suburban neighborhood.First off, it is clearly designed by dog people. The leash connection points are where I wanted them, the buckles (mini Cobra style buckles) are high and behind the shoulders, but not where they’ll get caught on foliage or whatever, and the padding on the harness is where it should be. The handle clearly doubles as a seat belt loop for car rides. So many over-the-counter harnesses are total trash, it’s refreshing to finally have in my hands something designed with intelligence and a dog-forward thought process.The construction is high quality, and you can see that the stitching is well done and is super durable. It is very close to the stitching on my climbing gear, and that gives me peace of mind that this will last a long time.The materials are also high quality and clearly durable. The connection rings are sturdy and thick, the webbing is strong, and the padding isn’t cheap rubber. The buckles are metal and there is a leather wrap on the handle. The colors are not cheaply dyed into the fabrics, either.This is going to last a long time. I am very happy with this.If you are on the fence about size, get the next size up. This harness is easy to adjust and the webbing keepers are well placed.I haven’t had a chance to run it through the washing machine yet, which regardless of “care instructions” we all know that’s exactly how we’re going to clean it, but I’m confident it will be fine.My only complaint is that there is not either a hook & loop patch along the top to place a nametape, or a reflective PVC patch on the top to write in a name with a marker.10/10 This is the harness I wish I had 15 years ago for all our puppers!Well done!

Maine Marina, Size 5Sizing reference: My girl is a 9-month-old Amstaff x Pitbull (48 lb). It fits perfectly when adjusted to the shorter setting.Color and quality: The color is beautiful, vibrant although a darker shade of green. The harness is slightly padded, which helps avoid uncomfortable friction. All in all, quality seems outstanding. It looks and feels very safe. The buckles are black metal and allow for an extremely easy opening/closing.Pull control: My girl is very strong and pulls hard sometimes when she wants to play with dogs we meet on our walk (getting better and working on it,). Harnesses so far did not provide a good enough control, so I am currently using a half martingale collar which works well. However, I am concerned about injuring her neck, so I decided to give this harness a try because has the leash attachment ring placed differently (on the rear side of the harness). Not sure it will work, time will tell. If it doesn’t work, I will use it in the car with the safety belt.Packaging: I took one star off because of the packaging. The harness arrives in a sort of heavy-duty Ziplock bag which was wide open at delivery. Fortunately, the harness was still inside LOL. I tried to close it, and it really doesn’t work well at all (it keeps opening). I hope that the seller will address this issue, because the product deserves better care than this.
