I love this thing!!
I originally got the sifting litterbox (because it’s popular), but true to what I was thinking, it’s too small, about the size of a dishtub, but not as deep. So, I got this Litter Genie litterbox instead, not only because the size was bigger, but I figured I could at least try dumping the litter into the sifting litterbox and then sifting it, to see how that worked. Well, to my surprise and delight, it works great and I actually don’t mind dealing with the litterbox now, something I never expected. It’s awkward to have the implements of both systems in my small laundry room, but, hey, at least the ease of cleaning the litterbox means it gets done and so the extra sifting litterbox system in addition to this wonderful Litter Genia litterbox is worth the trouble. I figure I lucked out because I’m getting the best of both worlds … first, this larger Litter Genie litterbox with the very convenient handles, plus the very convenient sifting method, which is 100x better than scooping. The whole system kinda hinges on the ease of pouring the litter from the Litter Genie litterbox into the sifting litterbox … and I can tell you that it’s easy. Some people mentioned that the pour “spout” eventually cracked from pouring while “squeezing” the two handles together …. but I just lift and “tip” the whole thing into the sifter litterbox with no problem at all and I highly recommend doing it that way, while resting the Genie litterbox on the edge of the sifter litterbox. I’ve probably got everyone thoroughly confused by now, but trust me, this is a great system because it’s so easy.Even without an additional sifter litterbox system on hand, this is a really great litterbox and I highly recommend it!!!

Pricey but high quality litterbox
I have two cats and this has become one of my favorite litter boxes after trying quite a few over the years. The stainless steel base gives it a sturdier, cleaner feel than the usual plastic-only pans, and litter doesn’t stick to it the way it tends to in regular boxes. That makes cleaning far easier, I usually just dump, rinse with hot water and mild soap, and it looks new again. Unlike plastic, it doesn’t hold onto the pee smell once washed.The size works well for multi-cat use. Either of my cats fits comfortably inside, thanks to the taller sides that keep the litter in instead of scattering it all over the floor. The shape is a little unusual at first glance, but it’s actually very practical. It fits into tight spaces, and if you place it against a wall, the flexible design adjusts to the space while still giving the cats room to move.I’ve seen complaints about durability, but I’ve seen no issues myself so far.Overall, it’s quite a pricey option, but the design, cleanliness, and durability make it worth it for me. With two cats using it daily, it’s holding up well, keeps litter inside, and is easy to keep clean. Unless something better comes along, this will stay my go-to box.This review is unable to submit for some reason.

Nice stainless steel litterbox!
I’ve been using the Litter Genie Platinum Stainless Steel Litter Box and I’m genuinely impressed. I love the modern, stainless steel design. It looks much nicer than the usual plastic ones and is super easy to clean. The 360 degree visibility makes it simple to spot when it needs a tidy up and the antislip pads keep it steady, even with my energetic cat jumping in and out. My only gripe is that it’s a bit pricier than standard boxes, but the durability and sleek look make it worth it in my opinion.

Works well, no pee over the top, easy to handle but pricey for what it is.
This litter box is a game changer – no pee over the sides, no parts that have to be disassembled and hosed off because of crystallized urine, it’s also easier to scoop because of the curved sides. It is lightweight and easy to handle. I’ve read other’s complaints about it tearing so have handled it very gently and do not overfill with too much litter, no issues yet. Only complaint is its price is too high for a simple one piece of plastic litter box, too expensive. Would love to know if it is tariffs or price gouging – tariff info should be made public, people need to know.

Best stainless box I’ve found so far!
This is SS litterbox number three for us, and its by far the best one for overall functionality and quality. The plain SS pan we got first is too short and the next one with cover is hard to clean and urine can leak out of the side. This is the best of both worlds. It’s really easy to clean and also to carry. We are going to give it another few months but will most likely get another two and replace the others. We use Genie’s waste bins too and love the brand!

Cat approved; nice design.
This worked out well for the cats as a potty box. They were not afraid to use it and it is not small which made it easy for them to turn around and to scratch to cover their mess. It was also used with a blanket inside for my elderly sick cat and she was very comfortable, which helped her to rest undisturbed. It would be nice to have one for each cat. Nice design.

This is the best litter box I’ve ever had. It’s very easy to carry because of the handles. Also easy to clean because it’s flexible and the flexing loosens up all the stuff and it can be dumped into a trash bag without spilling (unlike traditional litter boxes).

Very happy with this. We replaced our rectangular generic plastic box with this, and it significantly cut down on tracked litter and the amount of litter that she kicks out of the box. It’s also much larger than her previous box, and it’s much easier to do a full litter change as well. We have been using it for over a month so far, and no issues with handles breaking like others have mentioned. It’s thick enough to withstand scratching and I have had no issues at all with scooping with the curved sides.Overall very happy, if this broke, I would buy another.

I’ve tried quite a few litter boxes over the years, but this one is on another level. Sleek and modern design, and most importantly — it is sturdy, strong and actually works. The high sides keep litter from scattering everywhere, and the built-in handles make cleaning and lifting so much easier. The smell stays contained thanks to the stainless steel bottom half that also wipes clean in seconds. I also love that it’s compatible with my Litter Genie easy roll pail — everything stays tidy and hygienic.It’s roomy enough for my larger cat, and the low front entry makes it comfortable for my senior cat too.Highly recommend!
