With and without flash photos
Even though we have a fenced in yard with motion sensor lights our dogs are too short to trigger them. I feel safer knowing I can see them.Plus the bright lights deter predators – we coyotes, fisher cats and bob cats habe been seen in our neighborhood.

Don’t order Purple, All others are AWESOME!
I’ve ordered 4 of these for our 4 dogs. Originally ordered 1 green in 2022. We live in the country with a large yard that’s pitch black at night. The green was for my mom’s little 28lb dog to wear only when going out at night to do their business & take back off when coming back in. After 2 years of using only at night for bathroom outings it still works like day one. We usually only have to charge it every 2-3 weeks depending on usage and we keep it on the steady on setting when using.Our dog’s have larger buckle collars that light up but the buckle is hard to undo every time they come back in. They are 2 large 70lb & 80lb dogs & we just saved a little 26lb stray that’s now part of our family. We needed a new collar for him and decided to replace the 2 large buckle collars as well to make things a little easier for us.We ordered the Blue, Orange and Purple to go with the Green. That way we know who’s who in the yard and where they are when out at night. They are cut to fit each dog but we can still slip them over their heads to get them on and off.We turn them on, slip them over their heads and open the door. It’s the funniest thing watching these 4 running all over the blackness with their bright glowing colors around their necks. I will share video at a later time.-The Blue seems to be the best and brightest color especially if your pet has white fur. The white fur illuminates the blue 100 times more.-The Green would be the 2nd brightest and shares some of the same illumination effects on white fur but nothing like the blue.-The Orange is well Orange. I’m not a fan of the color but it’s bright and does the job.-That brings us to Purple. I really wanted to LOVE Purple as it’s my favorite color but… Purple has a serious design flaw. In order to get the color purple, they put blue and pink or maybe red lights together. What happens is at the start of the light it is Purple but the further away the light shines the weaker the blue gets so the Pink or Red becomes dominant. What you end up with is a Purple, Blue & Pink collar Not a Purple collar. (Will post pics later).I would say that the Pink has a illuminate effect on white fur making it brighter like the blue does. Perhaps a Pink collar would be better than a Purple but pinks just not going to work for us.I tried to reach out to the seller regarding this issue, I didn’t get a response from the seller but Amazon refunded my purchase price. I take it they consider the matter closed.However, I wanted to warn anyone looking to order Purple what to expect. I also wanted to give credit where it’s due. After 2 years, the orginal collar still works like new. They charge quickly and if only using at night for short periods they seem to hold a charge for an average of 2 weeks. They are able to be cut to fit pets of all sizes as we have dogs from 26lbs up to over 80lbs. I do recommend taking them off your pet when not using to extend the life of the collar and to charge it overnight like you do your cellphone (they include USB charging cord).These are Awesome collars to keep your pet visible and are definitely worth the money. Just know what you’re getting when picking your colors.

Great visibility for your dog
Best value for your money. This collar is outstanding for visibility at night. Has a customizable fit. We cut ours so it simply slides on and off over our dogs head. The battery life is excellent. Good quality. My dog did chew up her first one and it broke but that was our fault she thought it was a toy.

Easy to put on.
The purple is light lavender and doesn’t show as much as the red. You can’t cut the collar with scissors, you need wire cutters or a razor blade. Like the smooth surface and you can just pop it on and off. This a friend’s dog in pink.

Bright and works great
So helpful when I have such a social pup that likes to roam as soon as she thinks im not looking !! She likes to visit the neighbors but with it darker out now, more often I can’t see where shes at- this solves the problem- and she thinks shes very pretty in it

Highly recommend!
I am so happy with this purchase! I have only had it for a week, but I use it on our evening walks since it is getting dark earlier. It is easy to see at dusk, and even more so when it gets darker. I have Samoyeds, with lots and lots of fur, but this shines brightly and makes our walks much safer. It was very easy to cut to fit, and extremely easy to use the different flash/steady light settings. I would definitely recommend this collar!

Not for small breeds
I bought this because it said it could be cut to fit. The diameter of the collar is about twice as thick as a bracelet size glow stick. For a medium or large breed it might be OK, but for my 6lb chihuahua, it was way too bulky and wouldn’t work
