Best priced High Quality Vitamins you can buy and No Iron! for those taking other Pills.
This is better than the Kirkland Multivitamin regular formula and is a bit more expensive (400 tabs compared to 500 tabs in the regular. ) The important thing to note is that this has no Iron. Iron is not good for people on Meds, Antibiotics, or especially Anticoagulants like Warfarin , etc. Most Ketogenic Low Carb diets recommend vitamins without Iron also. If you want Iron or are anemic or have no other issues then the regular one with Iron is OK for you. This is a USP approved vitamin for purity and ingredients. It is rated high in Consumer Reports and is much cheaper than name brands like One A Day Centrum Silver. You just don’t pay for the name. It just proves high quality doesn’t have to come from a vitamin supply company. The bottle is Big! You won’t run out or lose track of it. The pills aren’t as big as some , but are big and scored if they are too big for you to swallow so you can cut them in half.I buy these and Dr Sinatras Calamarine Omega 3 Oil from Amazon and it eliminates a lot of separate vitamin bottles . The Folic Acid is good for Cancer and your Heart and the Chromium lowers your blood sugar for Diabetics. I would take these if I were young, so Mature will work great if you are a 20 yr old or fitness buff. I will continue to buy this good quality and save money! Thanks Amazon! Now I won’t have to run to Costco to pick these up.LABEL INGREDIENTS:Supplement Facts:Serving Size: 1 TabletEach Tablet Contains – % Daily Value:Vitamin A 2,500 I.U. 50% as Beta Carotene – 40%, Vitamin C 90 mg – 150%, Vitamin D3 500 I.U. – 125%, Vitamin E 50 I.U. – 167%, Vitamin K 30 mcg – 38%, Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 1.5 mg – 100%, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.7 mg – 100%, Niacin 20 mg – 100%, Vitamin B6 3 mg – 150%, Folate (Folic Acid) 500 mcg – 125%, Vitamin B12 25 mcg – 417%, Biotin 30 mcg – 10%, Pantothenic Acid 10 mg – 100%, Calcium 220 mg – 22%, Phosphorus 110 mg – 11%, Iodine 150 mcg – 100%, Magnesium 50 mg – 13%, Zinc 11 mg – 73%, Selenium 55 mcg – 79%, Copper 0.9 mg – 45%, Manganese 2.3 mg – 115%, Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate) 45 mcg – 38%, Molybdenum 45 mcg – 60%, Chloride 72 mg – 2%, Potassium 80 mg – 2%, Boron 150 mcg – **, Nickel 5 mcg – **, Silicon 2 mg – **, Vanadium 10 mcg – **, Lutein (flower) 250 mcg – **, Lycopene 300 mcg – **.

I give it 4 stars becaue I’ve not used it long enough to give it 5.
This is the first time I purchased the Kirkland Signature Mature Mutli-Vitamins & Minerals with Lycopene and Lutein 400 tablets.I purchased it specifically because it had the Lutein, Lycopene and minerals in addition tot he vitamins. Also because the number for the price.I took the bottle to the doctor for him to look at it to make sure that there wasn’t too much potassium in it for me as I suffer from kidney insufficiency and sometimes it doesn’t remove enough of certain things from my blood fast enough, and since potassium is one of the ingredients, the main one that stops the heart, in lethal injections, it does not pay for it to get to too high a concentration in my blood stream. For awhile I had to avoid things like apricots and other foods high in potassium. Thankfully I got a bit better and there’s not too much potassium for me in this vitamin. My doctor said of these vitamins in general he liked them they were good ones. So, provided that I do not have the issues that some users cited.. the non-dissolving and breakdown of the tablets which even caused colon blockage in one person. I should be fine and get some benefit from the vitamins.I would not blame the vitamin even if I had such a problem with the vitamins since that issue would be a problem with my digestive system not the vitamins. There are some people who cannot digest things like corn and it passes through them pretty much untouched. I am not one of those people so I do not anticipating having any issues like some others said they did.Again as I have said in other reviews: These reviews are NOT supposed to be about our own idiosyncrasies and subjective viewpoints about products that have more to do with us, not the product or any supposed defects in said product. It’s more to do with our likes or dislikes which have nothing to do with the product, but with our personal likes and dislikes.I am hoping that there is enough lycopene and lutein in this to be beneficial. Since I’m on a liquid diet which is only 520 to 625 calories a day depending on if I consume 5 or 6 packets a day. I am using extra vitamins. I use 2 a day in 2 doses, in addition to the vitamins supplied with the supplements and formulated specifically for use with the supplement only and make up the deficiencies in the supplement itself. Then I also take D3, B-complex, A on an every 2 or 3 day basis since the dose is 8,000 iu which is a bit high for daily use, and zinc 50 mg tablets I break in half because I heard on Dr. Oz that we shouldn’t get more than 25 mg a day or it can do more harm than good. Occasionally I take a knock of Calcium citrate but that has to be taken by itself since calcium will prevent the absorption of anything else taken at the same time or near the time of any Calcium supplements. So be careful of taking any medication of any sort within and hour or two of the time you take calcium.I know my body at least absorbs the D3 since the doctor said my D3 levels were some of the highest she’d ever seen. It was around 60% of the maximum and practically no one has adequate levels.. unless they’re diligently taking a good D3 supplement. I take 2 1000 IU tablets a day. I also take fish oil with 300 mg omega 3 in the 1000 mg fish oil tablets. I take 3 or 4 tablets a day since I recently heard we should get 1000 mg of the omega 3 a day not the fish oil alone.I will take these vitamins and I will have my vitamin levels checked next year and see how it does. But so far, I’m happy to report my physician feels they’re a good formulation.
