This stuff is by far the best at removing stains and odors.
I would give this 10 stars! I’ve used plenty of different urine/stain removers in the past 30 years, this one is by far the best. The only negative is it doesn’t have a citrus smell. It’s a bit perfumey, but being a person that doesn’t tolerate fragrances well, this one isn’t too bad. It smells a bit soapy, not too floral and doesn’t give me a headache. I’ve used it as a spot cleaner/deodorizer, as a supplement to my laundry detergent when washing my dog’s potty pads and in my carpet cleaner. Its ability to remove a stain is impressive. I have a senior dog who is unwell. She’s had a diarrhea accident and vomited on my living room rug. After removing the solid substance, I spray with Urine b Gone and within moments the stain starts to fade. I let it set around 15 minutes, wipe with a towel and spray again, this time scrubbing the rug in all directions, spray again, let set and scrub with a clean towel. I have attached photos showing those steps. I’ve used this on urine accidents on my hardwood floors as well. It leaves a bit of a shine to the floor if you don’t get it completely wiped up and washed away, but it definitely removes any smells. I absolutely do not tolerate smells in my home. This stuff is a life saver when you have pets. I highly recommend this product.

It’s great!
I really love the way this works as I can spray and clean up spots and do not smell the urine any longer. It also works great to wash items that have been soiled on. I always wash these items in cold water first to release any urine that might be left. Then I wash again, but the urine be gone and then a final wash with my tide detergent and softener. this really breaks down the urine!

Impressed with Functionality but Unimpressed with Safety Labeling
The citrus scented Kinzua Environmental Urine B-Gone, Professional Enzyme Odor Eliminator & Pet Stain Remover is a good quality urine cleaning solution with a pleasant but not overpowering scent. The bottle arrived without any leakage. The solution is not viscous which makes it suited for use in spray bottles. Where it is an enzymatic cleaner, you will want to keep in mind that you won’t want to use it in conjunction with heat like you might use in steam cleaners or some carpet cleaners. Heat has the potential to denature enzymes that are there to handle urine. As someone with an aging cat that has accidents more often, I found that it works well with removing stains and odors when used as directed. Some heavier soiling may require some drenching and a 24-hour soak but it gets the job done.Safety information could be much better. First aid suggests avoiding skin contact but another part of the label suggest adding it to laundry. There is no indication of what the solution is composed of or active ingredients, just enzymes. You are referred to a website and a phone number for information on ingredients. I searched the website and the ingredients are not listed there. Although, in their FAQ, they state “UBG is eco-friendly and non-toxic when used as directed” and their marketing images state “Natural & Safe”.Having to jump through hoops and being directed to dead ends for information is very inconvenient during a poison control crisis.

Gets the smell out
My cat decided his litter box was either too far away or hadn’t been cleaned to his satisfaction, so he peed on the hall carpet.I needed to get the stain out of the area rug and the carpet so needed something that would work on both.This is it!Completely got rid of the stain, and since he hasn’t gone there again, I can only assume the smell was obliterated so he can’t smell it either.I haven’t washed that rug, yet, but I figure since it did such a good job on the carpet a little thing like a rug will be no problem.I’m a big fan of those enzyme products that break down stains and especially odors like urine and other bodily fluids.I’ve owned pets most of my life and having a house that smells like pee or worse is something I won’t have.I’ve thrown away carpets and blankets that wouldn’t come clean, but since the discovery of products like this, no more.A little scrubbing of the floor or adding this to a load of laundry is better than tossing a favorite fleece blanket because the dog got sick on it.This stuff gets rid of human stains and odors too so it’s a Must Have in my house.

Urine B Gone stinks! But, the Kinzua company is awesome!
Did it work? Not for me! Did it remove the urine? Well, maybe, maybe not. I have solid surface floors that my cat had peed on multiple times. I wanted the smell of urine gone. The smell of the product was so overpowering that I had to open every window & door. The urine smell wasn’t noticeable when I used the product, but the Urine B Gone smelled so bad I couldn’t stand it & never used it again. I’d ordered the citrus thinking it might be pleasant. No! It didn’t smell anything like citrus, just strong & overwhelmingly unpleasant!It may remove urine & stains from textiles, but it left a stain on my floor & stunk up my house.It was a waste of time & money for me. Disappointed!😢Update: I may not have liked the product personally, but the Kinzua company stands by their product. They contacted me & offered a reimbursement. Awesome service!

Helps a little with odor
While this product is very affordable and lessens order, it definitely didn’t remove stains as effectively as I had hoped. I also noticed odors continued to push through after using the spray. I specifically use it for my artificial grass and dogs play area. It has reduced the odor; but nowhere close to eliminated it. The spray bottle also leaks at least mine does. It could be a defective bottle. The seller is amazing and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.. definitely going to try again with a non faulty bottle

Brought a new kitten and she had an incident on my new mattress this product got rid of the smell aswell as the stain worked so quickly the stain started going as soon as i sprayed it all over and the smell has completely gone i got the citrus smelling spray and it works wonders i would 100% recommend this for any pet owners 🙂

This produc works very well! Spray area and leave for 30 min for best results I use hot water with my carpet vacuum cleaner to take away the spill or soiled carpet. Leaves a pleasant smell and cleans spots on carpet.

Purtroppo non funziona per niente con l’urina di gatto. Ho fatto tre interventi su un acciottolato, sfregando anche le fughe con una spazzola e lasciando agire il prodotto ogni volta per diverse ore, ma l’odore non è stato eliminato. Deludente.
