A safer alternative developed by a Vet
We live in the country on 3 acres and take our dog to the state park for a walk in the mornings too. We’ve been using the Kin and Kind Lavender flea tick spray and shampoo for 3 months now. We apply it just before he goes outside and have had only a few fleas in the bath water but have not noticed ticks. (We do a tick check every night too.) The few things we’ve seen in the bath water amount to significantly less than when he was taking the expensive prescription tablet that starts with P. And the main reason we got off the drug is the possible side effects that include seizures and paralysis. While it is rare, it is also cumulative. The more drug they ingest, the longer it accumulates in their bodies – the greater the chance. We feed him real, healthy food and take great care of him. This is a more healthy alternative than risking the prescription, and we want him healthy and in our lives for as long as possible.

Wanted an all natural flea and tick for our dog! Did t want the chemicals you get from the vet! Works great so far! Love the smell it leaves on the dog! Have a Cockapoo and her fur is so soft after her bath!

NOT FOR CATS!
The lavender smells great (although strong). I assume it works as we’ve found no ticks on our pup after our woods walks & I spray the dogs beds )& ours). However, CAT OWNERS BEWARE! I do not recall seeing a warning on the product description here on Amazon but when I opened the package it very clearly said DO NOT USE ON CATS. Now I’m worried because I have two cats. I called the company and they said that I was not to spray it on the cats and don’t let them lick the product off the dogs or other areas till it’s dry. The Lemongrass is ok for cats so that’s what I’ll get next. The 4 stars is for the not clear warning about the Lavender and cats before I purchased it. I do like it and will be reordering. But it will be the lemongrass next time.

Better than I expected
This flea and tick combo set smells amazing and works better than I expected!! Took my dog camping in a wooded area and never seen a tick on him or our stuff! And fleas were never seen or worried about. Highly recommend to anyone that wants something that works for their animals!! Will be buying again!!

Doesn’t work
More peppermint than lavender. My product arrived enclosed in ziplock bags. The spray has had no effect on repelling fleas from outdoor activities. The shampoo is the same. I have 3 wonderful outgoing dogs and if 1 wasn’t affected then ok but all 3 no effect is another issue.

The best product for my pups
I discovered these products three years ago and I love them. The last order the spray was fixed (thank you)…so I tried another brand that said it was effective and blah blah blah, bough it and within two weeks I got Three thicks on my dog 😱😱😱. I was in panic mode until I made the connection of the “new product “, used my lavander bottle spray and shampoo and no more thick on my pup. Super happy with this product, it doesn’t irritate my dogs skin, smells good, but the most important thing: IT IS EFFECTIVE. I will keep buying this product

Nice smell!
Man I don’t know if this stuff works as I’m still in the process of trying it but I’ll say this much I hope to dear sweet baby Jesus this does work because my dog smells the best he’s ever smelt lol! I’m with him for life so it doesn’t matter obviously but this stuff makes sharing your bed a million times easier haha!!
