Honestly the most effective!!!
This is easily the best dog collar I’ve used. First of all it’s got so many different levels for vibration, sounds, shock, all of it. The remote is easy to understand and it works from a long distance. Great for training or just as a reminder that they are already trained and should act like it! All of that in a much more attractive, less boxy and huge, little collar. It really does look that much better not to have a huge box hanging off of them. Comes in lots of different colors too so if you have multiple dogs you know which is which by the color of the remote. So glad we tried these!

Not 4200FT, but well over 1000FT of working range. And ability to disable shock function is great!
For 1/3 the cost of the units you’d find at your local pet store(s), it has over 1000′ of range at my house even through an exterior wall (tested on 10 acre country side home with minimal/no RF interference). The claimed 4200FT of range MIGHT be possible, if you’re in the middle of a field in Montana or Wyoming, but you’ll never get that range for 90% of people that live in an urban environment.But for roughly $40 and the ability to disable the shock buttons combined with a lock switch on the side, I don’t feel a need to worry about shocking my dog accidentally. The buttons have nice tactile feel when being pressed, the screen is pretty easy to read, albeit sun glare can be an issue in direct reflecting conditions, but it works great! My dog has went swimming with the collar on and it works fine even when wet (the speaker will be a bit quieter until it dries out).

Product Review: XYZ Dog Shock CollarI recently purchased the XYZ Dog Shock Collar to help with my dog’s training, and my experience has been somewhat mixed.On the positive side, the collar is well-built and feels durable, which is important for an active dog. The adjustable settings for stimulation levels are a nice feature, allowing for a more tailored approach to training. The collar also has a range that works well in my backyard, and I appreciate the rechargeable battery, which lasts a decent amount of time.However, I do have some reservations. The shock feature can be a bit harsh, even on the lower settings, so I’ve opted to use it sparingly. It took some trial and error to find the right level for my dog, and I wish there was more guidance in the manual regarding this. Additionally, the collar can be a bit bulky for smaller breeds, which might make it uncomfortable for them.Overall, while the XYZ Dog Shock Collar has some solid features and could be effective for training, it may not be suitable for every dog or owner. It’s an okay product that gets the job done, but I’d recommend researching other options or alternatives if you’re looking for a gentler training method.

Update… didn’t realize that I could reestablish a connection to remote with a small buton on the side. Once I figured it out, this is back to being an awesome product.

Bought a Different one I like better. Shock to Strong
When my wife saw that I bought this she threw it away because she didn’t want to shock our dog. She bought a red one that only does vibrate and sound, and it has a lower vibration that works better than this one. You also can use vibrate and sound together on the new one. I never used the shock part on our dog, but I put it on my leg and it was a very strong shock even at the lowest level. It needs to have more adjustment to reduce the shock level. It hurts!

Black collar and remote. Different shock and sound levels. Nylon collar is adjustable and is fairly long. It can be trimmed. Rechargeable battery life is great on the collar and the remote control. Collar is easy to turn on and off. Light weight. The remote control reaches a good distance. The collar has a flashing light so it is easy to see the pets location at night.Bought this for our hardheaded mini schnauzer. If he accidentally got out he would free run the neighborhood barking at everyone and not listen to return commands. He would run thru the neighborhood doing his business in people’s yards. This train collar has helped with recall and helped his excessive barking/yelping at EVERYTHING! Now he will come when commanded. We do not have to use the shock only the beep.
