Sometimes prefer these over the gu
I love the chews. They desolve fast and they taste good. It maintains my energy level when I took them about every 20 to 30 minutes. I’m going to keep using them.

Tastes OK, using them on long motorcycle rides.
These chews better than fruit chews, there’s actually a lot in each bag. I also take almonds, a waffle energy snack and these chews along for 4-5 hour motorcycle rides instead of an actual lunch.They are easy on the stomach and rinse down with water real easy too.

Great refueling option!
These energy gels were a great addition to my half marathon training regimen. I got tired of continuing to use regular Gu gels, and so the gummy version was perfect to offer a different texture while still getting the necessary replenishments. The best part was not needing water to swallow them. You can easily chew them up and I was surprised at how well they tasted and how easily they went down. I didn’t have any digestive issues mixing these with other options during my runs and found them to be an extremely effective addition to my refueling plans. Will definitely be buying more of these as I move from half to full marathon training.

Good boost for longer runs
I take these on my 7+ mile runs, like the taste, some say it’s to sweet, but I feel it’s ok. You’ve you never had these make sure you try these on a normal day see how they feel and if your stomach is ok with them also.

Quite good tasting, storage in 90F weather did not result in a mess of them all stuck on the bottom.Five before the ride, then five every 10 miles, seems to help, on an empty stomach it might cause some acid reflux. Of all the flavors, I seem to do the best with the Rainbow, the Watermelon, and this. I’m new to cycling, only putting in about 200 miles a week, I’ll report back in if they seem to help for 200 mile/day rides

Best energy gel/block I’ve tried, but don’t buy, price increased 33% in one year, not worth it
By far the easiest to digest & eat as you are working out because: 1) the blocks are smaller, easier to chew & swallow when you are breathing hard & won’t tear your fillings or crowns off being so sticky. 2) The smaller bites mean you won’t spike yourself with too much caffeine at one time, just keep a constant stream of energy without feeling like you’re having a heart attack 3) It actually tastes good, not too acidic like some of the other flavored blocks.Not worth it because it is now just as expensive as the Cliff Blocks that are way overpriced too. When I fist bought them in the last year it was $22.50, which is a GREAT value, but in less than a year it’s now over $30. Not worth it, none of them are at that price.

I received the delivery on the exact date as stated during the purchase. That was great. However the expiration date of the whole box of GU Energy Chews is 24th May – a bit more than three months from the date, on which I received them. That was a bit disappointing. I don’t eat chews during each of my long runs and this now pretty much forces me to do so in order to use all of the 12 bags in the box before the expiration date.
