Snuffle Ball Play Sniff Reward
What “wild ancestral urges” are you trying to satisfy?
It’s called the “prey drive” that has both been handed down genetically through the species as they came from wolves, and that we’ve trained them for hundreds of years to hunt for food, seek prey and destroy it. Vigorous play — shaking, flinging and dismembering — are all expected acts. The squeaker simulates the sounds prey made, triggering the destruction instinct. The trick is to know when to let them play, and when to take the toy away. And remember, toy destruction can also be a sign of boredom.

It’s a snuffle mat reimagined for small mouths. This hide-and-seek toy is a great way to keep your dog engaged and occupied while also helping them develop their sensory skills looking for hidden treats as a reward during playtime! Folds of soft polyester fleece fabric hold small treats or even kibble for way-sensitive noses to sniff out and discover, hitting puppy paw-fection: play, forage, and reward.
Interactive toys engage pups in a way that requires action, decision-making, and responses. This snuffleball entices dogs, using their sense of smell, to find hidden treats within the folds. By stimulating their curiosity and rewarding them for their foraging behavior, the toy encourages dogs to actively search and solve the puzzle, providing both mental and physical interaction during playtime.
Place small treats or kibbles inside the folds and gently toss the toy. If a treat or two falls out it alerts the furkids of the treasure to be had.
Variable depth makes puppy search harder: just push the treat-os in a little further
Stimulates the dog’s most important sense: smell, and helps little ones develop cognition
It’s exercise for the body and the brain
Machine washable, dry on low or no heat, or hand wash and air dry
Makes a great gift to welcome the new dog to the family

Washable and fun for your fur baby!!
The Snuffle ball is the best, most loved toy for my Chi! This ball is made of fabric and has turns and curves all in this. There are many yards of material compacted in a small, lightweight ball. Lightweight enough for my 2lb Chihuahua to actually carry it in her mouth. Every morning I fill it up with her tiny dog food kibble Put the tiny food in the curves of the material. We both love this plus it can be washed!! Win/Win

Josie loves it!!
Josie absolutely loves this little treat ball. It looks simple, but the design really keeps her brain working. I tuck a few small treats between the soft folds, and she happily sniffs, digs, and paws at it until she finds them all. She has so much fun trying to destroy it, but it stays together (so it’s a great value). Perfect size for my Pom, fun for both of us.

Great find!
my pup loves this toy and it keeps him occupied and not bored for hours. I love that I can hide all kinds of little treats in it for him. It also cleans his teeth as he is rooting around in there 🙂

Great for relieving anxiety
We had just adopted our 6 year old dog, and he was suffering from separation anxiety. This snuffle ball was the bomb. I would fill it every morning with his kibble and give it to him as I put him in his crate. He loved it and forgot all about me leaving for work. Only downside is, every day he would pull a piece of felt off, until about a week in, it was no longer a ball, just lots of pieces of round felt. I wish it was more durable, because it worked so well. My dog is a stuffy, they are known to destroy toys and such. It did the trick, he no longer get stresses when I leave for work.

Great dog toy!
My dog loves this squishy ball! We hide some kibble in the folds. She has tons of fun with this dog toy. So far it has been very sturdy and shows no wear and tear after a month!

Puppy Destroyed within 1 week
Oh, the “Snuffle Ball of Dreams”! It arrived, gleaming with promise, a beacon of mental stimulation for our furry, four-legged tornado. For a glorious, fleeting moment—let’s call it 72 hours, give or take a few vigorous puppy shakes—this ball was a revelation! Hiding treats within its fabric folds was a joy, and watching our little land shark snuffle and sniff, utterly engrossed, was pure, unadulterated bliss. We envisioned serene departures, a puppy happily occupied, a house not systematically dismantled. Then, like a tragic Shakespearean hero, it met its untimely demise. In what felt like a single, determined chew (or perhaps a particularly enthusiastic sneeze, who can say?), the “snuffle” became “unraveled,” and the “ball” became “a collection of sad, shredded fabric.” It didn’t just “fall apart”; it disintegrated with the dramatic flair of a villain in a low-budget action movie. One minute, a treat-dispensing marvel; the next, a pile of forlorn fuzz, scattered like confetti after a very aggressive party. Our puppy, bless his destructive little heart, looked up with an innocent gaze that clearly said, “More? That was just the appetizer!” Meanwhile, we stared at the wreckage, our hopes of a peaceful departure crumbling faster than the ball itself. So, if you’re in the market for a fleeting moment of puppy distraction, followed by an immediate lesson in impermanence and the swift transition to the trash can, this is your product! For those seeking something that might, you know, last beyond a single commercial break, perhaps continue your quest. Our search for the mythical “durable snuffle ball” continues, our floors still littered with the ghost of fabric past.

Not sewn together well.
Fell apart in no time! My 8 lb Morkie loved it but it was not sewn together well and did not last long at all.

Best Treat Toy Ever!
My 12lb. dog loves this treat ball!. It is small, soft and easy for him to pick up with his small mouth. Not only does he enjoy trying to get the treats out, he loves playing fetch with it. The treats I bought were a little large for the ball in terms of hiding them, so I broke them in half, and also put some kibble in it. It is washable as well. A previous treat toy was advertised for small, medium and large dogs. It was not for the under 20lb. group. It was made of hard plastic and could only be rolled around. Read the product details when buying toys for a small dog. This toy is perfect!
