I use this as a clarifying shampoo, better then some name brand ones.
using a double cleanse, this works really well as a clarifying shampoo. Truly gets your hair to a “squeaky” clean feel (doesn’t really squeak just feels really clean 🙂 )it’s scent is “clean” and its mild. The best way to describe it, think of what “a neutral clean” smells like to you and that is this in a nutshell.Lathers so well, even in hard water, the first wash with this shampoo, still gets a good lather that coats your hair, picks up all that oil and dirt and whisks it away down the drain. However, after rinsing that fist one, take a small amount (quite smaller then what you would normally do for your hair length) and do another lather, this second one will lather even nicer and bigger, and really get your hair clean of products.I don’t even bother with the big expensive clarifying shampoos anymore, Since this one works so well in that way.did you over tone your hair, a simple wash with this will help tone the over toning down a bit (won’t strip it out but will definitely help to ease the color).won’t say it leaves hair moisturized, but it sure as heck doesn’t leave hair feeling drier then the Sahara desert.

A very good clarifying shampoo, ideal for removing residue from other products in your hair or for when you’re going to the gym and need to deep cleanse it. It smells amazing and leaves hair manageable and shiny. I love it. I just wish the size was a little bigger, but for the price it’s fine. It smells good and leaves hair smelling fresh.

Love this shampoo! I bought it for the scent (Garnier products all smell so amazing!) but was amazed at how well it works. One tiny dot (smaller than a dime) gives you tons of lather. Leaves hair soft and easy to manage. This is my new favorite and all I plan to use now. Highly recommend.

Affordable and does the job
This shampoo is not only cheap, but works very well! My scalp is left all clean of residue and all of my build up is just gone! My hair is left moisturized and healthy. I would recommend this product to any one who has trouble with buildup in their scalp/hair. Leaves you squeaky clean and it’s not harsh on your hair at all. Very affordable product for people who need this type of shampoo. I would also recommend this to my curly haired girls! No harsh ingredients and get rid of all your buildup with just one wash.

Refreshing and leaves hair clean
I’ve been using the Garnier Detox Shampoo for a few weeks, and it really makes my hair feel fresh and clean. It removes buildup without drying out my hair, and the scent is light and pleasant. My scalp feels healthier and my hair looks shinier after each wash.The only minor thing is that it lathers less than some other shampoos, but it still cleans effectively. Overall, it’s a great addition to my hair care routine.

My whole family loves this shampoo. I would definitely recommend it and the quality is wonderful. My daughter has oily hair and this works perfect for her. It does not feel greasy after washing it and it lathers great. It is a repeat buy for us for sure.

A bit pricey, but your hair does feel cleaner afterwards as lifts up product build up. I only use it every 2 weeks and generally wash my hair 2-3 times a week. I would suggest putting on some hair oil before washing with this (I leave on coconut oil for at least 15 mins) just helps protect the hair a bit more as I have found this shampoo can be slightly drying of the hair. But everyone has different porosity
