Now able to sleep in bed rather than recliner.
Due to back surgery I’ve been sleeping in my recliner. It’s very painful to sleep lying flat or on either side. When I saw these wedges on Amazon I decided to give them a try. Honestly I didn’t have much hope that they would help, but thankfully I was wrong. You can adjust the individual pieces to fit your comfort. The wedge that goes under your knees is particularly helpful to relieve stress on the back, and is so much more supportive than a pillow which can’t hold its shape. Sleeping in bed with these wedges feels similar to sleeping in a recliner, but with the comfort of being able to sleep in my own bed. Also I have noticed no odor whatsoever.

I find the pillow set comfortable for reading in bed, watching TV, or sleeping in an inclined position when I need to. The set provides good support and the 22-inch width works well for me. I like that the pillows fit together and can be positioned and configured to adjust the incline. The head cushion has velcro tabs to secure it to the back cushion and they work okay, but the back cushion only has velcro to attach it near the very ends of the back cushion. That’s not always what I want, so I wish there was better flexibility in this respect. Also, I find the knee cushion is a little too tall–I guess that means I have short legs, but it’s not very comfortable for me and I had to get one that was lower. I am pleased overall, though, and I feel this set is worth the cost.

Would not recommend due to the item not expanding completely. The product comes in a very small box, vacuum sealed and the item does not expand completely. Then in order to return it, you have to buy a bigger box in order to fit all the pieces back in it.

LOVE this pillow set, I had rotator cuff surgery and didn’t relish the idea of sleeping in my recliner. This has allowed me to sleep in my own bed, I love that you can move it around to fit your comfort needs.

I bought this pillow to sleep in a partially seated position to avoid back pain. Unfortunately, it was not comfortable for me. I kept sliding down like a slinky on a staircase, waking up with a sore back and finding only my head at the bottom of the pillow. Plus, it’s so bulky it feels like I’m wrestling with a marshmallow mountain!Being very petite at 146cm (4’10”), maybe that’s why it didn’t work for me. On the bright side, these pillows are super soft!Actually, the set of pillows now resides on the floor, serving as my second bedside table. It’s the perfect spot to prop up my tablet for some late-night movie-watching from bed. Who knew pillows could have such a versatile career change?
