Good To Get Rid of Fleas
Love this this flea treatment because it really work. I have an Australian Shepherd that does not like being in the house and I bring him in to feed him and he stays in the house at night. It took about 3 or 4 days of giving him 3 chewables and he quit scratching. He’s snow white and I could see a couple of fleas on his back but not anymore. I dislike giving him the pills I once got at the vet for fleas. They were expensive and chemicals which is not good for him.

Works wonders
These are amazing. We have four dogs and two are very sensitive to fleas. They were losing hair from the fleas. We tried chemical flea treatment that only made it worse. We tried flea shampoos with very little relief. Then I came across these on Amazon. Total game changer. The hair is back and they love these. Every morning during our morning routine I sit down at the table with my coffee and to take my morning meds all four dogs are right beside me for there morning meds. No fuss or fighting them to take them.

Dog 1 = allergic reaction; Dog 2 – hour-long seizure. Be careful!
Within 1 hour of my dog taking this (she wouldn’t eat it outright, but I broke it up into a few pieces and added it to her food) she broke out in large hives (or welts) all over her body and the inside of her ears turned bright red and felt hot to the touch. I ran the ingredients through Microsoft Copilot and was advised that the Flax Seed meal can cause GI upset or itch in dogs with seed sensitivity, the Neem can cause skin irritation, GI upset or possible neurological symptoms, Whey powder contains milk protein which can trigger food allergy in dogs sensitive to dairy, and overall, the combination of ingredients may act synergistically meaning that while each may be mild alone, they could collectively stress a sensitive immune system. I bought this as an alternative to NexGuard as I feel like that is just straight up poison and was trying to find a more natural alternative. This product may work just fine for your dog, but for some reason my dog is not tolerating it well at all. If your dog is sensitive to milk proteins or seed oils, this may not be the best choice. (And no, I was not aware of any sensitivities my dog had, has never had an allergic reaction before and I’ve had her for almost 8 years). My 2nd dog is prone to seizures and is unable to take anything like NexGard, so I assumed (incorrectly) that this would be an OK alternative. Within 24 hours of taking this, he had an hour-long seizure and I thought he was going to die. He finally snapped out of it and seems to be doing OK now. I don’t know what long term effects that seizure will have on him. I’m sharing this so no one else makes the same mistake thinking this product is a natural alternative to NexGard or any other product like it.

Highly Recommend!
Our pups love these and are tick and flea free with no harsh chemicals. Their coats are healthy and shiny. Very effective for those dogs with hot spots and sensitive skin.

Vitamins vs medications
My Ginger is 3 years old. She has never had a flea infestation. At our first Well Pet checkup the Vet prescribed a well-known and crazy expensive flea, tick, and heartworm treatment. When the prescription expired, I couldn’t get it renewed without another visit to the Vet, so I purchased the natural chewable. She never showed any signs of fleas. At our last Well Pet my husband asked the Vet about the natural flea treatment to which the Vet replied, “It’s only vitamins.” So back she went to the expensive prescription. Again, I could not refill without another visit to the Vet.I reasoned, expensive prescriptions with the chance of side effects (including seizures) AND increased Vet visits, or simple vitamins–both worked but one seems so much more natural. Easy choice for me.
