This pet feeder is incredibly easy to set up and use—straightforward and hassle-free. Just remember to have some AA batteries on hand.The timer is accurate, especially compared to other feeders I’ve used in the past. A standout feature is the included ice pack, which helps keep wet food fresh for a few hours. Not a reliable product
This product didn’t work. The feeder looks good and the ice pack is really nice but it never opens at the set time. The dial doesn’t respond to the timer. My cat was without food so I had to come home to feed him. It is not reliable at all. I have used other brand for dry food and it had worked well. I am returning this product and I will never buy it again. The company should test the product before selling it.

They were nice but the one didn’t open when it was supposed to open. I think we got it fix for are next vacation.

I bought two of these and they worked so well I bought two more. Big mistake! After a month, all the lids have stopped opening. The timer seems to work okay. The dial moves all the way to the position for the door to open…and it doesn’t open. What a shame for a pretty good product to fail all because they used cheap springs that quickly wore out to open the door.

Does NOT work for wet food!
It does not work after multiple attempts with wet dog food! The lid never opens when there is wet food in the bowl. We’ve tried several new batteries. This is a serious misrepresentation! I’m guessing if there was a stronger spring on the lid, it may work? The moisture on the lid seems to seal it down and it’s unable open.I want to return this item but too late.
