Smells great
I have absolutely no idea why melatonin is in this spray. It doesnt work like that. But as to the chamomile and lavender, lovely idea. It’s light, and the scent will fade but it is a lovely way to climb in bed and unwind. I find it calming and comforting. Just a light mist before bed and it will last for a while. Dont use too much! You only need a light misting. I have not noticed any damage to fabrics. I am using these as stocking stuffers…what a great idea! A useful little gift and a great value.

OMG I love this. It smells so good. It helps me sleep. I sprayed on my pillows. I sprayed on my chest my hands my back my neck feet everywhere and it helps so much and smells so good that the next morning it still smells like lavender excellent product.

A great alternative to supplements!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was recommended this product by a friend who uses it. Sleep quality:Works wonderfully!! Be careful not to spray too much, but it does leave a calming scent on your pillows & blankets, helping me sleep cozy like a snug bug in a rugEffectiveness:I was a tad apprehensive because it is a spray and were used to a gummy supplement. Ive been using this for a few months and I have to say it works just as well for us without having to actually take something. My youngest daughter bounces off the walls and sometimes I’ll sneak a spray on her bed while she’s showering and whatnot. She falls asleep quickly! And had mentioned to me her room smells really good Value for money:It comes with 3 hefty sized spray bottles that will last you a while depending on frequency of use. Ive had this spray maybe 3 months or so and am on the 2nd half of the first bottle. A little goes a long way!

I’ve only tried this 1 night so far but here is my first impression. The smell is wonderful, very pleasant and calming. I sprayed my pillow pretty heavily and waited a little before lying down so it would dry. Here’s the confusing part. Upon lying down, I smelled it very well, but it didn’t seem like too long before i didn’t really notice it. But, could it be “nose blindness”, that is, I adjusted to it so it didn’t seem as strong? I’m not sure if it made me fall asleep faster, but I’ll tell you this, i think i might have od’d on it, lol, I’ve been drowsy all day. But I tried spraying more on my pillow a couple times, so there’s that. I will come back with more opinion after a little bit, but honestly, I would recommend it, at the very least, it’s a very nice smell to fall asleep to and I do find it calming as mentioned earlier.

Beautiful smell
It smells absolutely sublime. There’s nothing like fresh, crisp sheets that smell like a dream. Very comforting and relaxing. I spray it all over the sheets, comforter and pillows. My college-age daughter loves it too.

Not helpful for sleep but great for freshness!
Did not help me sleep, but it smells amazing! I’m still using the original bottle and it’s been months. I use it to freshen bedding/room. Very effective at fleshing up with a fresh scent. Fairly strong, so if you are sensitive to smells, use less.

Works really well. If you’re someone who’s ever used the brand “Sleepworks-This Works”, then you’ll be pleasantly surprised. It smells great and isn’t sticky or unpleasant. I had some nice sleeps with this. As someone who is an extreme night owl and takes a lot of annoying “revenge time” at night, this has been a nice addition to my sleep routine. Let’s be honest, it doesn’t always knock me out because sometimes you need to be the one to get you to that place, but this, again, is a nice addition to getting me there. Especially when I’m really tired and I time it right when I spray it before bed. I like to spray it on my chest, clothes, headboard, under my pillow and sheets. I stopped spraying it right on my pillow because of sleep hygiene. I’m big about face care and don’t love the idea of it on my face with my nighttime skincare. I gave a bottle to my mom, who works crazy hours, and she likes it as well. Will purchase again as it’s be best I’ve tried so far. ALSO! I put a few drops in my Scent Diffuser, and it worked super well. It actually helped my sleep, filling the air with this smell, it was nice before bed and is a good scent for the bedroom.

I love this product. I spray a small amount on my pillow before bed to help distress and relax. It lasts a long time so definitely worth the price for how much you get. The scent is strong enough but not overpowering and it lasts for a few days.
