Effective blend of enzymes and probiotics
Each capsule contains a blend of probiotics, prebiotics, and enzymes targeted to digestion. The more variety in the enzyme blend, the more likely it will be effective in assisting with digestion.The only issue I have is that the ingredients are listed as a ‘proprietary blend’, and amounts of each are not listed. This seems to be the trend now with a lot of products, and not one I like. Transparency is always better.
