Works, but is cheap quality
Got this for a shepherd-mix and while it does work, I think I’ll keep looking. It’s best for long-haired dogs or cats and not short-haired. I thought I’d be able to use this almost as a curry comb for my pit-mix but this sort of just scrapes him so that doesn’t work. While it definitely works on my shepherd and 3 cats, it gets full fast and the hair drops out all over the place. Cleaning is pretty easy, simply because it doesn’t hold onto the hair very long. You can also unscrew it to slide the comb part out of the handle, if you wanted to clean it with soap and water–you wouldn’t need to do that though to remove hair. My biggest complaint with this is that it feels very cheap. It’s cheap plastic, definitely not durable, and I would say isn’t worth more than about $5.

Finally! A gentle and effective brush my cat loves
This deshedding brush works really well even for my most picky cat and makes grooming feel more like a relaxing massage than a chore for her. She normally hides at the sight of me touching her grooming brushes but not with this one. She actually enjoys being brushed with it. We’ve only had it for a couple of days and she comes to me asking to brush her which is a welcome surprise.The rounded teeth glide smoothly through her fur, and gently removes loose hair and small tangles without scratching or pulling.I really like the soft, non-slip handle, it’s comfortable to hold and doesn’t strain my wrist during longer brushing sessions and that is all thanks to the rubber grip. I love how it feels in my hands, it is so comfortable.The push-button clean feature is super convenient and makes it so easy to remove collected hair in seconds.This is an excellent brush for multi-pet homes, we have thirteen cats and of the thirteen, this girl is the pickiest, but now with this brush we get to keep her shedding under control. For real, this brush will get even your most spicy purrito relaxed and willing to be brushed, and the price is super reasonable for what you get in return.This brush would also make an excellent stocking stuffer for Christmas or a gift for a friend whose cats don’t like being brushed, deranged or otherwise.I’m not kidding when I say it has changed my life in just a few days and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Great Grooming Brush at the Right Price
This pet grooming brush works really well for removing loose fur and is easy to take apart and clean when it gets full. The comb teeth are smooth and glide through without tugging, and the grips make it comfortable to hold. I will admit that for pets with longer hair, its not quite as effective, given the shorter teeth. I do wish that the opening mechanism was simpler instead of being screws. It was originally listed for $6, which was a great deal, but at the current higher price of 20$, its a bit overpriced but definitely worth it if you catch it at its original price.
