Perfect for travel
Purchased this as our travel car seat so we felt comfortable and confident with our car seat while traveling. This is a basic car seat, which is expected for the price, but a solid option and perfect for traveling. We used this on an airplane, as it’s approved for air travel. The seat was slightly wider than I expected and I had to raise the armrest between the seats so this could fit. Very easy to install, especially with two people. There are a lot of videos of Youtube that offer tutorials for installation however once you do it once, you know what to do and it’s a breeze to install. Love that this car seat has built in cup holders, especially when using for travel it’s one less thing that can detach and get lost, and cup holders are also a bonus when dealing with a toddler that needs his drinks and snacks. The seat has sufficient padding, and my son was able to comfortably nap in it, but it’s not overly plush like more expensive car seats. Finally, car seat is very light weight and easy to carry through the airport, etc.

It’s FAA-approved and fit perfectly in the airplane seat, giving my toddler a secure and familiar spot for the flight.2. Super Straightforward Design – I really appreciate how simple this car seat is to use. Switching where the harness feeds through was super easy and quick, which is a lifesaver when on the go.3. Comfortable Overall – My son seemed secure and happy in it for the flight. After sitting for about two hours, I did notice a small red mark on his spine, like something may have been pressing into the seat. However, he never seemed uncomfortable, and the mark went away quickly.4. Solid Choice
Purchased for trips out of state and international. Easy to travel with. We had to gate check for a couple flights and they were incredibly lightweight for carrying through the airport. Easy to install in rental cars. Downside is the anchors dont tighten great, and angles werent quite right. I highly advise reviewing CPST reviews so you know tricks for installing on the go. Biggest downside – the straps were constantly twisting and didnt always adjust evenly. Really frustrating in 100 degree, humid Costa Rica with two tired, hungry, screaming babies. Still worth the purchase

Love this car seat!
This car seat is so much better than I anticipated it would be for the price. Such a value for the cost. It’s very basic but my son prefers this more than our high end name brand one! We purchased this for our upcoming trip as we needed a lightweight car seat. We tested this out and it fit perfectly in our Jeep and our 3.5 month baby stayed in this without crying longer than any other car seat we’ve used. He does not enjoy the car or our original evenflo infant car seat so that’s a win. It is lightweight but feels sturdy and the color is vibrant. It functions as it should and better for the price. I purchased a car seat cover for when we travel.

Does intended job, no frills- perfect for travel!
Bought for use as a travel car seat, fits in multiple size airplanes, has flown Delta and Southwest. Both had good forward facing installs. It was bought to be a cheaper travel car seat and is not nearly as plush as her regular higher end car seats, but it gets the job done with no complaints from a toddler. My three year old is small and petite but I would caution parents with children that are on the higher end of the growth curve that it will not be a long lasting seat.
