I purchased this pillow because of neck pain that I believe was brought on by the purchase of another highly rated pillow that really wasn't the best for me. I then went and bought another pillow like the one I had successfully been using for years, but it didn't quite do the job. So I went on the hunt for a pillow that might help and came across the Polovo and thought I would give it a try. At first it seemed too thick on the big side and my head was at a weird angle on the small side. The instructions said to give it at least two weeks to get used to it so I went with the big side and I have to say after one week it's feeling pretty good. I'm a side sleeper and the fact that I can tuck my shoulder in without having to scrunch up the pillow is a plus. The cover on it is super cool (temp wise) and my head and neck seems to be supported at just the right angle. I'm hoping for great things after a couple more weeks. I guess you would call it a queen size pillow as it fills up my pillow case completely and it seems firm when I first lay down but I sink into the perfect position as I lay there. Other people said it had a smell but I didn't notice any after leaving it out for a day or two after I opened the package. So far it seems like a great buy for the money as it was basically priced the same as or less than comparable pillows. It's probably going to take awhile for my neck to get better but this is a step in the right direction. So far I'm very satisfied with this pillow.

Helping my cervical radiculopathy
This is a great pillow! I’m suffering from cervical radiculopathy, which is forcing me to sleep on my back. I’ve tried so many pillows, even spending $150.00 on one, which didn’t help. This pillow is finally helping! It is supportive on my neck, yet soft. It helps my neck stay in place instead of turning to one side as well. It is the first pillow that I didn’t have to adjust or replace in the middle of the night. It has a soft cover and is cool and stayed in one place all night. I’m waking up with much less pain and sleeping better. I’d say give it a try if you have neck/spine problems!
