Muted colors make it not too bright
I ordered this collar based on the fact that it was for cats as I wanted to use it as a behavioral deterrent. The plan was to place this collar on the cat at night and hopefully it would deter him from attacking our other younger male cat as it would make him visible to the younger male, preventing the older male from sneaking up on the other cat.I took it out of the package to inspect it and realized it was a bit too bulky for the cat I wanted to put it on. The collar width is what you would normally see sold for small dogs, which is described by the seller, but I needed to see the collar in hand to determine whether it would work out with my cat. The cat has never had a collar on, so I was concerned that he would work hard at removing it and lose it.I liked the muted lights on this collar, as they weren’t too bright like some of the other lighted collars appeared here for dogs and/or cats. Another plus is being able to use a solid color or have it blink off and on.I would have kept this if my cat was over 11 lbs and if he was already used to a collar.

Balky for a cat. Wiring for lights are not great quality, sometimes the lights glitch off. Seller replaced bad lighting problem without issue.

This is a Great solution for Finding your pet at night
I have both a 11pnd Grey cat and a 11pnd Black pup mix. Let’s start with the Black mix pup, when taking her outside she loves to walk around and sniff every leaf and it’s so dark in the country and I just can’t keep up with her. I worry about an Owl or a Coyote will snatch her so, I need to know where she is and this collar really works great!! No more squeanting my eyes looking for shadows. Now for my wild cat at night, she’s an inside cat but goes on the porch and hangs out with us when it’s not too cold. But, even a little bit cold makes this kitty zoom everywhere and even explore off the porch which is scary. So, she has to deal with the wild lights until she goes back inside.It maybe a little stiff, but for the usefulness of finding your pets in the darkness it’s a Wonderful Value to our family.The remote changing of the colors works perfectly and love the colors.Quality 10/10

Lights don’t stay on
Lights go off after 3 min tops (fully charged) and it’s SO bulky, it’s like it’s made for a bigger animal than its length will allow. If the lights would work correctly, I would have been ok with it.

A Bunch of Light Options… Great for Nighttime Use…
At first, I had difficulty figuring out how to charge this since it seemed like I was going to rip it, but then the Velcro gave way enough to let me know I wasn’t doing something wrong. The included instructions don’t mention anything about charging, so I wasn’t sure and didn’t want to ruin it. I tested this collar by letting my younger kitty running around the house at night, before trying it outside. For almost an hour the light were driving him nuts, about the same way as using a laser pointer. 🐈(To be fair, he is also the craziest cat I have ever met in my life!🤪) After he got used to the lights creating shadows, and then the flashing modes, it was really fun watching the lights running around the house. Since he is all black, in the dark all you could see were the ring of lights moving about. The collar is easy to adjust and the break-away feature is great for your pet’s life. Once you get the right part of the strap, this collar is easy to charge with the included USB.
