Great for small breeds
I had been buying these treats for my 6 lb. Multipoo for a few months and decided to try another brand of non rawhide treat stick for her. Since she is so small she only gets half a stick, but would some times not finish it. I just decided to go back to these. And as soon as I gave her the treat she ran around the couch with it then into my room onto my bed and then came back to the living room to enjoy her treat. With that level of excitement, I could tell she was happy to have these treats back. They are very easy to break in half. The stick has a slight elasticity to them, but soft under the outer skin. Almost no smell comes from the bag of treats. Seeing my dog loves these so much, I will be sticking with them. I do wish you got more sticks at the price that they are. But they do seem to be of good quality, so it does not matter too much. All in all, it is a good treat that my dog loves, and they are not too hard or big for her small mouth to chew. If you have a larger dog, I do not see these treats lasting long since they are so easy to eat. Great for small dogs but not to sure if you are looking for a treat that will occupy and sooth their chewing needs of a larger breed.

Expectation Time for Consumption
I believe the package said that these were long lasting. That would entirely depend on your specific dog. I have a 3 lbs. 8 Ounce poodle, who is picky as picky can be when it comes to eating. She is not given treats regularly because she refuses to eat any number of dog food combinations that I’ve tried. So her dinner consist mainly of boiled chicken plain, and sometimes part of my grilled salmon and when I say part, I’m talking minuscule amounts, Per her vets direction. It took forever for us to get her to 3 lbs. 8 oz. where the bones of her back were not in plain view. We tried the if your dog is hungry enough they will eat. She wouldn’t and she went three days before we were finally in tempting her with some boiled chicken. This was all under a vets purview that deals with very, very small dogs. She was not the run of the litter. She anticipated to be about 78 pounds but she made the decision that she was gonna be much tinier. Says that she is perfect and perfect in every way. She, of course, is perfect in my estimation And I love her dearly! I have been very ill and she has not left my side, except to go potty and she eats me and my family if she’s going to. She is treated like the princess that she is and I love her so very very much! She absolutely adores these, but we have timed her eating one of these and it is under five minutes. There is no prolonged licking or gently gnawing on the treat like a bone which is what I was looking for. Everything else is so big she can’t get it into her mouth by herself and I end Holding it. The Treat is completely consumed in under five minutes, so if you are expecting this to be like a bone, which I was, I was looking for something long-term that she could chew on at her leisure. I don’t believe this to be the product, it’s a fantastic product, But if you’ve got it set up on a subscription basis like the most common which was a month I just now backed mine up to every two weeks. There’s no way that a month would last for this treat and this dog. I do believe it to be an excellent quality product!As to value for the money, it’s gonna be basically $.90 a treat. It’s not a milk Bone biscuit.

Dogs LOVE these chicken sticks
I needed a high-value treat to entice my bulldog to tolerate face cleaning. He LOVES these chicken sticks. He loves them so much that if someone says “chicken stick” he will run to them across the house or yard.Then we got a second bulldog who has never been trained on face cleaning. Just one experience getting rewarded with the chicken stick has instantly proved compelling enough to get wrinkle cleans. After two weeks, she has started drooling while getting her face cleaned because she knows the chicken stick is coming.They aren’t really chews for my bulldogs – they are eaten in about 20-30 seconds – and instead are really just treats.

My dogs love these!!!
These are definitely for small dogs. Mine eat a 1/2 of one in about 2.1 seconds, but they love them dearly and I could never take them away or I am sure they would be devastated. Every morning they are waiting there waiting for their stick! Would for sure recommend these to everyone with any type of dogs. By the way I have Pekingese and they can be very picky!

Perfect Quality!
These are great!! My dog absolutely LOVES them and he will sit by his treat spot and look up for them whenever we are out! Now whenever we get an Amazon package he get’s super excited to sniff them to see if they have his chicken sticks. We used to get a similar product that starts with a D from the pet store but they were super expensive, NOT made in the US, and often came stale. These sticks are made with American products in American and come FRESH every time!
