Over 10 Years of Consistent Use — Still My Go-To Shampoo
I rarely write reviews, but after using Alpecin C1 for over a decade, I felt it deserved one. I first started using this shampoo more than 10 years ago when I was looking for something to help with thinning hair and scalp health. Since then, it’s been the only shampoo I consistently stick with.What I’ve noticed over the years is that my hair feels stronger and looks fuller when I use it regularly. The refreshing, slightly tingling sensation after each wash is something I actually look forward to — it feels like it’s really waking up my scalp.Another reason I’ve kept using it is that it doesn’t leave any residue and it rinses out clean. Even when I try other shampoos out of curiosity, I always end up coming back to Alpecin C1. It’s just that reliable.If you’re looking for a long-term shampoo that helps keep your hair in good condition, especially if you’re concerned about thinning, I can confidently recommend this one. It’s been a solid part of my routine for more than 10 years — and I don’t plan on changing that anytime soon.

Noticeable difference, but not sure if it’s from this shampoo
I’ve been using the Alpecin Caffeine Shampoo for a while now, and honestly, I can’t say for sure if it’s actually reducing hair loss. However, I have noticed that my hair looks darker and thicker, which I really like.I use it every time I wash my hair and usually leave it in for 2 minutes or more before rinsing. I also use different hair products, so it’s hard to tell how much of the improvement is from this shampoo alone.The only downside for me is the price. It’s definitely on the expensive side for the size of the bottle. To give an idea, it’s about the same size as a Bath & Body Works body mist bottle, which isn’t very big.Overall, it seems to be working well so far, but I just wish it came in a larger bottle or was a bit more affordable.

Just a good shampoo
It is just a good shampoo, it supposedly is good for your hair. Made in Germany. I think its hair regrowth qualities claim is just a gimmick. After using it for several months I saw no difference at all, but it is no worse than many other hair stimulating shampoos, so I continue using it periodically.
