Nice training set
Ordered this for my son so he could gain some skills for soccer. He wanted to get faster and more agile so I thought this would help. His favorite pieces to use are the parachute and the ladder. He likes the parachute because it has helped make him faster and it works well in open areas. Our backyard isn’t huge, so it doesn’t work as well there. He likes the ladder because you can adjust the space between each rung to make it more challenging or to accommodate different foot sizes. The ladder twists easily so it can be hard to set it up straight. The cones are good for various different uses, and the hurdles and jump rope are nice additions to the set, as well. All in all, it’s a great little set to help my son train, and it comes in a nice carry bag too!

I got this for myself and my daughters since they’re really into sports. I’ve attached some photos to show what’s inside the bag. It includes a 20-foot agility ladder, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the material and the fact that it comes pre-assembled. If you’ve ever used budget agility ladders, you know some require you to thread the straps through the rungs, which can be a hassle. The bag also has 4 speed hurdles, which I found impressive—not so much for the material, but for their size and stability. They snap together easily, so no heavy lifting there. There’s a jump rope included too; it works fine, but the handles feel a bit flimsy. Still, it’s not a deal breaker. You also get 12 training cones made from a silicone-like material. They’re pretty flexible, but they do seem a bit on the cheaper side. Lastly, there’s a parachute that comes in a stuff sack, already attached to a nylon belt for your waist. It’s a nice touch, but I do wonder how well the stitching will hold up over time. Overall, this isn’t a bad buy for anyone looking to train at home. I think some of these items could last over a year with regular use.

My grandson uses it to improve his soccer skills. It includes everything needed whether a person is a beginner or immediate. Looks a d feels great. Sturdy, durable and tough equipment and can be used without worrying that it will deteriorate. Heavy duty but lightweight at the same time. definitely good for speed training.
