Lots of options – could be of better quality but overall not bad for personal use vs. team use.
Lots of tools to work with my kids on footwork, speed and agility training. The quality is just ok, at best, but for what it’s intended purpose is, using privately with your kids is just fine. I dont think some of the equipment would last a week if you used it for a team practice though.

The ladder was too long and too skinny, had to go back to my older ladder
Its a cool bag that you can just take outside and get to work. The ladder was the only thing not used although I did like the spike, it was just to skinny and too long. But cool bag of tricks
