SO comfortable!
I was a little worried about these – they came in the smallest box you can imagine and I had no idea how they could all possibly fit unless they were inflatable. They were vacuum sealed into a cube, then that bag was in another vacuum seal bag. I opened up both bags and let the cushions sit for 5 days, and the covers were still a little loose, so I was thinking that maybe they needed more time but I really wanted to use them.I have back issues and have trouble sitting in one place too long, with lying on my back, with sitting up straight, etc. I set these up on the loveseat to try them out, sat down and immediately relaxed. I can’t believe how much support they provide, and exactly where I need it. I was so comfortable that I could have fallen asleep then and there. They are firm where I need them to be, and soft where I want more comfort. They provide support to my lower back, legs, and neck, they are exactly what I need.I’ll be using these for reading, knitting, watching tv, and lounging in bed, on the couch, and in the camper. They do take up a lot of space, but are well worth it for the comfort they provide!

Like the shape, but expect at least a week to air out foam and deep clean the covers!
Overall, this set is pretty good, and if the foam breaks down or isn’t the right density, it isn’t terribly hard to find and craft your own blocks of it…That said, they arrived vacuum sealed (or else it would’ve taken far too much room and they’d likely not stay together well when crossing the ocean)… opening it, though, I immediately sneezed and felt my eyes start to itch. By the time I got them out, my eyelids were twitching… the chemicals used in the foam and fabric alike are intense. First, as my eye spasms and lightheadedness made these too much to deal with immediately, I stacked them in the bathroom with the zippers open to air out the foam a little. A day later, after a quick agitation and an hour soaking in soapy water, the covers all got hand washed in lukewarm water in a bucket (easy agitation that way) 4x over (til the water was clear enough and didn’t have floating particles everywhere). I am still going to wash them once more in a regular washer and dryer… I would recommend you NOT add these to clothing if they go straight to the washer. It’ll take two full cycles, I think, before these are okay to mix in with pillowcases and whatnot. They were pretty awful, but it’s gotten okay. The foam I took the fabric attachment of my vacuum to, using low speed so they wouldn’t warp but thoroughly going over them a few times since I don’t think they’d survive a soak down and still be the right shape (not sure, never tried).I do like the shape. The foam itself is so-so. I’ve had much better quality in both pillows and ortho support, but at least there are two densities for the pieces that skin rests against, so that makes up for it somewhat. The support is good, and the shape suits the basic post-op function well (it’s exactly the sort to use after cataract surgery, for instance, to prevent pressure from building in your eyes, and for my own purposes, it prevents my head from hitting the edge of the headboard when I sit up in bed [regular pillows tend to slide down], and when my acid reflux is acting up, I sometimes sleep elevated to prevent losing my voice from it burning my throat while I sleep). The cases are pretty nice quality overall. Nothing extraordinary, no, but it is nice that one side allows air to circulate so hopefully they won’t get excessively hot. I’ll probably wrap a cotton sheet or thin blanket over them in case any of the stuff that triggered sneezing and spasms is still in the foam and gets pushed out by body weight.I wish it didn’t have such a horrible chemical smell and potentially harmful, certainly unregulated, pollutants, but that is the cost of getting goods from China and some other overseas nations… get it enough in advance and you should be okay.

Worth The Space For So Much Support
Getting older comes with some real perks — perspective, confidence, not sweating the small stuff. Unfortunately, it also comes with back pain that shows up uninvited and refuses to leave. That’s what finally pushed me to try this 4-piece orthopedic wedge pillow set, and honestly, I get the hype now. What sold me immediately was how customizable this set is. You’re not locked into one position or one use. You can flip, stack, and rearrange the cushions to support exactly what needs help that day — back, legs, knees, reflux, snoring, post-surgery recovery… you name it. It’s basically a choose-your-own-adventure for pain relief. The foam is firm but comfortable and actually holds its shape instead of slowly collapsing into sadness. The removable cover has an anti-slip backing, which matters more than you think once you find “the position” and don’t want to keep readjusting. This is not a travel pillow set by any stretch, but what it lacks in portability it more than makes up for in usefulness. This would be an excellent gift for someone recovering from surgery or anyone who spends a lot of time sitting or lounging in bed. Fair warning though: if you live with other people, you may need a second set. We absolutely fight over it.

Love These!
These pillows are awesome! I often deal with back and joint pain and have been looking for something to help support my body when I am laying down in my bed since I am quite sedentary due to chronic illness. These have been such a help! They come with instructions on how to inflate the pillows as well as a sheet with pictures of the ways you can use the pillows. It takes 2-3 days to let the pillows fully inflate since they are memory foam. They are incredibly comfortable and they have a grippy material on the bottom of them so they stay in place on the surface they are placed on. I have blood circulation issues as well so the knee pillow has been perfect to help elevate my legs when they start to feel tingly, it has helped increase the blood flow in my legs a lot when I am laying down. There are so many ways you can use these pillows and they will fit any need. I highly recommend these!
