Training made flexible
I’ve tried many training tools, but this 20-ft adjustable agility ladder has been one of the most practical. The set includes two ladders, which lets me split players into groups and run drills more efficiently. Each ladder has 12 adjustable rungs that can be spaced closer or wider depending on the skill level. I start my younger players with shorter gaps for coordination and widen them for older ones to improve speed and movement. I’ve already seen players becoming more stable and quicker on their feet. The durable nylon straps and plastic rungs handle rain and rough use without any warping or slipping. When practice is done, I roll it up into its carrying bag, which makes it simple to store and transport.

Agility ladder
This is a nice piece of exercise equipment especially for under twenty dollars. However, the initial set up was time consuming. We spaced the plastic rungs 17 inches apart. When we were done we rolled it up by lining up the rungs. The rungs stay in place and it still fits in the carrying case. Also, they didn’t come with anchoring pegs. If you want to keep it secured to the ground you have to use your own pegs. Despite these issues I would recommend this product.

Great for Football, Soccer Training

As a wide receiver, he needed something to sharpen his footwork and speed, and this ladder delivers big time, Great for soccer too, but it’s a football beast.
