Works Well-
This ‘Pet Trainer’ was bought not for a pet, but for my significant other who developed an obsession with the tv show Goliath and watched one scene on repeat fifty times laughing until he cried actual tears.It is a well-made product. Very loud in our apartment, and I can hear it with the apartment door closed. The fact that it came with a backup clicker only makes me groan inwardly knowing the fun will continue for years to come.If the intent is for training animals I suppose it worked well. I have learned not to buy this ever again as a gag gift since the only one being annoyed by it is now me. Thank you.

Product itself is exactly what I paid for. I did however expect them to be smaller than they are, but hard to tell from a photo. Decided to purchase and find out!It works as it’s supposed to.The sound is loud as heck tho. The metal clicking is a lot louder than plastic clicks for sure.

Good, but not consistent from clicker to clicker
Not a bad product, but only one of these worked like I wanted it to work. I don’t use these for dog training – I use them as a clicker to mark the waveform doing voiceover work – essentially, if I make a mistake when doing a read, and particularly with a long read, I’ll click the clicker to mark the waveform for where the mistake occurred, which helps in editing later.The one I use all the time though and it works well. I just wish both had been consistently good.

Not great quality and too loud for replacing finger snap
May be good for dog training as advertised. I was looking for something to replace snapping fingers, and this is just too loud and clunky (and doesn’t reset; you click it, the click it backwards) and cheaply made.

Not much to them, but they work
These are the same clickers that they used during the Normandy invasion to identify other paratroopers in the bush when landing in a hostile environment. There’s not much to them other than the fact they click and I use them to call squirrels when I hand out peanuts.

Kind of big, loud, and one stopped working
These are bigger and louder than expected (almost too big and loud), but what surprised me is that one stopped working correctly. It’s a piece of metal… how could it stop working? Well, it relies on a crease in the metal to snap back, and it just wasn’t quite formed right and so now when you press to click, it just gets stuck until you pull the metal back to shape to click again.Got this for a cat, so I’d definitely look for something smaller and quieter, and hopefully more reliable the next time. I can see how it would be fine for use with a dog outside… if it worked reliably.
