Nice size, easy to store and clean
I got these to use for my son’s lunches. It is a good size for an adult serving of most anything that I put in bowls. Easy to clean and takes up practically no cupboard space.

Size misleading by photo
The picture showing the size is misleading. Even though they put size in the add the pictures of them holding the bowls is a much bigger bowl. This is very misleading!

Convenient food portion control
My interest in these bowls are for 3 different reasons. 1- they collapse for easy storage. 2 – they are the right size for food portion control (since I’m diabetic). They are good for making sure my portions conform to the weight and amount of carbohydrates or protein. They are convenient to use and make ahead of time. They clean easily and the seals are very good. 3 – since reusable and durable they are eco friendly. The silicone is very durable and while I don’t put these under high heat I do store in the refrigerator and after heating the contents I can eat from them.
