Very high quality, works perfectly
Way better than anticipated. I was a little concerned that my pug’s mouth wouldn’t fit in the slots or my cat would be hesitant to eat out of a new device. However, it worked absolutely perfect for both my cat and dog (will be purchasing another one). The quality is very good, the capacity is a perfect for portion sizes. The feeding timer is spot on and you can beat the votive. Great value! It even comes with batteries!

Less than one day!
This has gotta be the dumbest thing I have ever seen! I assumed it would move through the six slots consecutively, so if I did 7 AM and 7 PM then 7 AM and 7 PM, etc. I could get three days of meals, but NO! No matter which slot you enter it in, when you hit save it re-orders all of your times numerically and then it just skips over the slots for the times that have passed.Basically, you can only program it to open until midnight of the day you’re doing the programming.So you can get up in the morning and portion out six meals up till midnight and I suppose that might be useful to someone, but sure as hell not me! And nothing in the description indicates this flaw.I would also not say it’s intuitive to program, it took a ton of testing just to figure that out.Obviously, I’m returning it, but good grief, what a headache!And for that matter, if you were trying to program six meals in one day, keep in mind if the cat didn’t finish the meal, it closes when the next slot opens. So the cat has to know it opened, get over and eat it fast before it moves onto the next time slot.The motor is very quiet as it turns, and it lets out a soft beep when you’re standing right next to it, but any further away, I didn’t hear it.

Great Auto Feeder for Cats!

Works great, but confusing set up.
I love this feeder! My only complaint is that I feed my dog twice a day and setting up the schedule was very confusing when it gives you time slots for every feeding slot, but only allows you to log 1 or 2 times. Why have so many time slots if you only need to input 1 or 2 times (AM vs AM/PM) Ultimately it works great, but I had to do a trial to make sure the schedule repeated every day and not just two times. It would be really helpful if instructions would be included. I used this for wet food and it worked perfectly!

Provides so much peace of mind!
It’s perfect in it’s simplicity and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’ve tried sooo many different auto feeders, including the more simple and all the way through to the “refrigerated” models. I like this one the best. It’s cordless, portable, easily set exact feeding times up to 6 times a day and it just works. Do the frozen inserts really keep the food cold enough? I’m iffy about that but that can be resolved by also freezing the food portion before placing in the feeder. (Even having to do that is less hassle than every other auto feeder on the market.) Mine is still going strong tho some reviews mention that it stops spinning; yet, for the peace of mind it provides, I’d happily buy a new one every month if I had to.

Customer support tried to scam us
Product did not work, we contacted customer service and they wanted our credit card to charge us a 5 dollar refundable fee. Do not buy this. Seemed very unethical to ask for a customers credit card info in order to provide customer support on a brand new product.

Definitely worth the money
Having 2 older cats with minimal teeth and wet food only diets is always challenging when spending nights away from home. Before I would have to enlist someone to stop over 2-3 times a day to feed them and then I decided to just look into a wet food feeder to see if they exist and work well. This one is my first wet food feeder so I have nothing to compare it to but it’s amazing. I’ve seen ones with 3 or 4 slots for more money and this one has 6 slots for less so I went for it. The ice packs keep the food moist but not too cold which is perfect. All you have to do is set the times you want the feeder to go off and it will go off at the same time everyday. I set 2 times: 7am and 9pm then had someone stop in midday to feed them since we were gone for 3 days 3 nights I didn’t have enough spots for all those feedings which is fine. The ice packs were still cold when we arrived back home which I was surprised about. It was so easy to clean, just scrape out the leftovers and run hot water in the slots to get all the leftovers out then wash with soap and water like normal. At first my cats were not really understanding it but my mistake was not testing it out with them before leaving on our trip. They did eventually smell the food and realize what it was, one of them even heard the beeping as it went off and went over to eat right away at one point. I’ll be using these regularly even for a long work day or weekend when I want to sleep in a bit. 10/10 recommend.

Super Futterautomat, auch wenn es mich im ersten Moment an einen Saugroboter erinnert hat. Perfekt für Nassfutter, allerdings hab ich mir sofort nach Lieferung die Ersatz Akkus gekauft, da man das Futter ja immer gekühlt haben möchte. So sind immer zwei in Betrieb und zwei im Gefrierschrank. Die Zusammensetzung erfolgte sehr schnell, eigentlich selbsterklärend, bin super zufrieden, allerdings kann mein Kater auch das erste Fach selbst öffnen und er weiß auch, das sich darin noch mehr Futter befindet und da er den Deckel nicht geöffnet bekommt, aber dennoch sehr hartnäckig ist, wird der Futterautomat durch den gesamten Flur geschoben, trotz Gummimatte, die ich darunter gelegt habe. Der Automat ist wirklich sehr leise, dafür ist mein Kater umso lauter ,weil er kratzt an dem Teil und gibt keine Ruhe, bis ich es ihm wegnehme:-) Alles in Allem, für mich und meinen Kater eine echte Bereicherung im Alltag, jetzt muss ich ihn nur noch vernünftig erziehen, dann ist auch im Flur Ruhe 🙂

Notre adorable chat british shorthair bleu mange ses croquettes et tous les jours évidemment une portion d’humide. Nous recherchions un appareil permettant de lui donner sa ration d’humide lorsqu’on s’absente 2 ou 3 jours. Tous mes doutes se sont estompés à la réception:- une qualité d’emballage excellent (voir photo), tout est très bien protégé- les piles sont fournies, fait assez rare ; l’autonomie semble énorme d’après les commentaires et retours, à voir dans le temps. Seules 3 petites piles baton sont requises- Très simple à ouvrir, et le plateau de 6 rations s’enlève aussitôt et peut être lavé très facilement à la main ou au lave vaisselle- l’ouverture et les boutons sont verrouillés par la protection d’écran, le cercle plastique transparent qui se visse d’1/8ème de tour. Il faut l’enlever pour accéder aux boutons de réglage ou au plateau, qui est amovible évidemment pour le laver- grands pains de glaces pour conserver au frais les rations, impeccable pour une virée de 2 à 3 jours- écran facile à programmer, la notice est bien rédigée, facile à comprendrePour le fonctionnement et mise en route, on règle l’heure.Ensuite on accède à 6 heures de réglage, on peut alors choisir différents fonctionnements, par exemple:- On veut fournir 6 rations dans les mêmes 24 heures (inutile pour notre chat): on règle 6 heures différentes- On souhaite partir plusieurs jours: on règle seulement quelques heures, par exemple: 1 seule si on veut donner 1 ration par jour (le plateau tournera et dévoilera alors la ration, à la même heure chaque jour) ; 2 heures différentes: pendant 3 jours, aux mêmes heures, le plateau dévoilera 2 rationsetc.En bref, très simple, fonctionnel et exactement ce que l’on recherchait pour partir un week end sans se soucier du chat.Merci au vendeur qui a répondu très rapidement à mes questions.

Works just as advertised! Comes with two large ice packs that go under the compartments to keep the food cool. Not noisy at all, my cat wasn’t scared of it and instead seemed very curious. He was able to get his face into the space just fine to reach the food. Very happy with the item, and half the price of other brands 😀
