Good Product—Well Worth My Hard Earned $$
My 5 month old French Bulldog puppy REALLY loves this, but it took awhile with lots of patience on my part, encouragement and treats. He understood the treats came from the dispenser and went to it consistently but he was having no part of the button. Day 1 he barked his head off at the foreign orange object (the button) sitting on the floor and barely went close to it. Day 2, he approached, but I couldn’t get him to touch the button. Day 3, he would touch the button, but not hard enough to trigger it. On day 4, I flipped the button over and then there was no stopping him! By day 5, the button was right side up and now I have a treat monster on my hands! Once he hits his treat jackpot two or three times, I then move the button or dispenser to create distance and he runs his little legs off to earn his reward. I’ve used this indoor and outdoor. Next, I’m going to try placing an obstacle tunnel between the two pieces to make it more fun/challenging. The charge on both units is outstanding. It’s easy to load, use and clean. I do wish the tray could be removed. Every once in a while, the dispenser fails to deliver a treat…but I don’t see it as problematic—both dogs look puzzled for a second and will try again. I see this as “problem solving for dogs”. There is a second 3.5 year old dog in the house who weighs about 75 pounds. She also really enjoys this and has no problems getting her rewards from the tray. The larger dog also helped with teaching the puppy how to use the button right side up. This will be great to entertain, stimulate and get both dogs moving during bad weather days, It has also helped with teaching both of them to use other button-based enrichment tools. The only thing that makes my FBD puppy happier than his treats is a stick in his mouth. LOL. All in all, I consider this money well spent—especially if it lasts for a couple of years.

Great purchase, dog loves it and took to it really well
Such a great purchase. It works very well and was pretty easy to train our dog on. I don’t know if there’s a larger size but it would be nice if we could put more than a cup of kibble at a time in it. Our dog has probably used it at least 50 times and it’s holding up really well. It’s great that it’s rechargeable. The button does slide quite a lot but our dog is pretty aggressive and will fully body pounce on it.

This toy is a favorite for fun, meals & even training
This is *by far* my dog’s favorite toy. He gets excited for it and has fun while he’s using it.I love it because it’s good for him. He gets some extra steps in with his meal. The button is in one room and the dispenser is across the house in another room. The toy keeps his attention on the environment because he is listening. One of the first things we tried with it was some training. I recorded my doorbell to help teach him to go to a certain spot when he hears the doorbell. Now it’s automatic. Since then the toy is a regular part of his meals. It’s easy to use, and good quality. It even comes with some fun stickers to personalize. 10/10 from us.Customer service was great when I had a question. A+ on that, too.

Fun and sturdy—keeps my dog thinking, even if setup takes a minute
This toy does exactly what it promises—and even comes with some cute little stickers, which was a nice surprise. My dog picked up on the concept pretty quickly, although I will say the instructions aren’t super intuitive. Thankfully, there’s a QR code that helps bridge the gap, and once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty straightforward. It’s definitely sturdy and well-made. The food container isn’t very large, which is actually helpful since it limits overfeeding, but it also means I’m still figuring out how to work it into a daily routine without constantly refilling. Still, watching my dog stay engaged and actually problem-solve is worth it.It’s a bit pricey for what it is, but if it holds up long term, I’d call it a solid investment.

Little Machine, BIG fun
My black lab is OBSESSED with this thing. It took us about a 2 hours for him to learn the connection between the button and the food being dispensed, but even then half of that time was him figuring it out and testing it all by himself. I have a few gripes that aren’t that big of a deal, but more so a user preference. For one, I wish the slot that the food comes out of was a bit steeper, as food would get caught in the curve and my pup would knock the dispenser over trying to get to the food that fell out and got stuck. I pull the tray out, but that made no difference and he ended up pushing the tray back in trying to get the stuck food out. Two, I wish the button was a bit louder, or had a volume option. If they had a model for larges dogs I’d definitely get it, as I had to refill the container like 6 times because it only held so much. (But again, I have big chunks of kibble in there and he’s a big boy, so it’s only natural it doesn’t last long) Other than that, I would still recommend it. I definitely think it’s better for the smaller pups, but even so, my buddy loved it. I also loved the cute little spoon it came with to pour your treats/food into the opening of the gyro, AND I appreciate that they included a charging block with the charger. 10/10 and I’d still buy it again even with my little gripes lol.

Keeps my dog busy $ engaged!
Wasn’t sure how well made this would be or how my dog would react to it, but he loves it and so far it works really well and seems decently sturdy for the price. It is a little on the smaller side (my dog is 18lbs) – might be too small for big dogs depending on how rough they are. My dog figured it out in about 15 mins (nothing really stumps him), but he doesn’t get bored of it. It gets some good energy out too! We’ve put the button across the house a pretty good distance and never had an issue with connectivity – not sure the exact range though. Really like that you can record a custom sound for the button to play when pressed. We haven’t had to use the suction cup that comes with it because it already stays put on our tile floor. It’s easy to adjust the opening to change the amount of kibble that comes out (or for different size pieces). Also easy to take the food compartment out to clean. Anything that keeps him busy for a while with his regular dinner is a great purchase for me!

Amazing. My mini schnauzer loves it. He worked it out so quickly.Within a few minutes ge figured it out. We started off with the button on top of the machine on the first day then second day we moved it infront of it.

Good toy for the intelligent hound but could be better. My 36kg Ridgeweiller learnt it quickly and enjoys it, although having taught her to nose target previously definitely helped with this. Overall I would be happy to pay more for a heavier, sturdier, more consistent unit with larger capacity.Pros:-It mostly works as advertised.-USB rechargeable batteries in both dispenser and remote, no need to buy batteries. Edit 11/06/25: I have charged the batteries in both toy and remote ONCE on receipt of the toy and used it maybe 60+ times since then, sometimes forgetting to turn it off in between uses. The rechargeable battery life is truly remarkable.-Good sounds in remote and can be programmed with your own voice.Cons:-Far Too light. The photos are misleading as the toy is actually v.small. However, the tray the treats drop into is big enough for a large dog, so the size isn’t specifically an issue, but the unit is v.light and can be knocked around easily. I’ve trained my dog not to do this but it feels flimsy and can be pushed/toppled easily. Better grip pads/a suction cup on the base of both the dispenser and the remote holder (curiously there IS one on base of the unprotected remote), would be a potential solution.-The kibble capacity is relatively low, essentially the volume of a tennis ball. I’m using Purina Pro plan large athletic puppy which are 6(?)mm triangular kibbles.-Kibble isn’t consistently dispensed. Sometimes you get one, sometimes 7, sometimes none which confuses the dog. Because it’s sometimes none, it teaches the dog to press the button multiple times, so mine has started doing this to collect larger amounts of kibble on each ‘lap’. One solution might be a timed lock-out (5 secs?) preventing repeated button activations but this could be problematic on the times when it doesn’t dispense.
