Our dog absolutely loves it. She loves any Nylabone actually and they last for a while. We have 4 different types of Nylabones now. It keeps her entertained, it’s worth the money and they have different ones that help with different behaviors of the dogs

The holy grail of Nylabones
I have dachshunds and they all go crazy for this bone. We have a variety of nylabones around the house that they enjoy, but this one is always first choice. I just came to order another since the one we own is starting to look raggedy, and I realized I’ve ordered this same items multiple times but never reviewed it. This 5 star review is well deserved. I’m not sure what special sauce they infuse into this bone- maybe it’s the wood?- but this bone in particular is the holy grail in our home, satisfying both chewing and dental needs for my pack. Nylabone, please never stop making this variety. My boys would be heartbroken.

Out of the hard nylabone options, this is one of the preferred ones
Hard nylabones are not my dogs’ favorite. They prefer flexi nylabones or a different brand in hard chews, but this version actually gets chewed. So I’ll give four stars. It’s lasts a really long time, and the edges get rougher as the dog chews, which helps with cleaning teeth.

This chew toy is our Bulldog’s favorite! Long lasting, and usually the first thing she picks out from her toy basket. Earlier we purchased the puppy size – also a big hit. Highly recommend.

40lb Lab Retriever Loves It!
My 40lb Labrador Retriever loves her Nylabone. She DOES chew threw it and it’s important to note that it IS plastic, so the product description mentions it should NOT be ingested. The bone eventually does get worn down and she does “bite, then lick” the bone, but she doesn’t seem to ingest the entire bone over time and isn’t interested in the small, ant-sized pieces of the bone she’s carved off with her teeth.However, over time, the bone does shrink and the edges do get very sharp, so be wary of that. It’s not going to hurt anyone, but if you step on it or if it brushes you the wrong way, it could scratch you. Other than that, it’s a cheap toy that lasts about a month or so for my dog–a dog that chews up most plush toys pretty quickly.

Ich bin immer auf der Suche nach extrem widerstandsfähigem Kauspielzeug für meinen Labrador und dachte, hier etwas Passendes gefunden zu haben. Nach kurzer Zeit jedoch hat mein Hund das Spielzeug halb zerfetzt. Zum Glück ist es jedoch so stabil, dass keine Kleinteile abfallen und gefressen werden können.

Despite the photo, this “bone” is very small and not suitable for my spaniel. Even though it was shipped from the US I decided to pay the postage back to the US for a return to get some of the money back.

Seems ok, but my 7 month old dog has shown absolutely no interest in it so far. He possibly just prefers a different textured chew toy.
