Clever Naming Scheme –
My dog loves this thing.
I have what is politely called an “aggressive chewer.” In practice, this means that he can’t have tennis balls (he literally sandpapered his teeth flat with a tennis ball in one day as a young dog), things like Jolly Balls have an intact lifespan of a few hours, he can grind down a raw bone to nothing in record time and, although he loves to fetch, his toys just don’t survive. This thing has held up way better than I expected. The balls at the end make it less evenly weighted, so it’s a little more interesting for him when thrown or bounced. It’s a bit heavier than most balls which makes him work a bit if he’s holding it off-balance, but be aware it’s got some weight to it if that’s an issue for your dog. He hasn’t made a dent in it, despite chomping on his way back to me after catching. The ridges on the grip part both help clean his teeth and make it easier for me to get a grip on the thing amidst the sea of drool. Also, it’s rubber so it can just be hosed off when it’s disgusting. I rarely find toys that are this big of a win for my dog and also this cost-effective.Now, if Nerf would make a specialized thrower so I don’t have to touch this thing when playing with my dog, it’d be perfect. For now, he loves it so much I’ll put up with the slobber.

It seems to be strong and durable. It is a little heavy and really thuds when dropped. Not my medium size puppy’s favorite, wish it was a little smaller.

I have a German Shepherd. Kodi can destroy most toys in about 10 minutes, especially balls and squeakers. He has a nerf bone bought last year that has been his only toy. I decided he needed to upgrade his selection and purchased these Nerf barbells. Amazingly there are two. They fit perfect in his mouth, he has been gnawing on it constantly and it still looks brand new. He Carrie’s it around with him constantly however if he does drop it for a throw tread carefully. These toys weigh about 3 lbs, that’s what it felt like when he dropped it on my toe today but he is such a happy boy and when he’s happy so am I. Nerf toys rock

One of the only toys my dog cannot destroy
I have 2 German Shepherds. They destroy every toy I get them. I found a really tough nerf football. It lasted a good while but eventually bit the dust. This I have had (bought 2 of them actually) for a year. It is not even damaged and my dogs love them. They are heavy and my largest dog pulls and fetches and generally chews the heck out of it and it withstands it all. It will last! Just don’t let your dog drop it on your foot. That hurts.

Perfect for super chewers!!
Bought 2 of these for our house in which we have 3 American bulldogs and my almost 2 year old Shepsky. It’s been about a year now and they are both fully intact!! I love the nerf toys for the dogs as I know without a doubt they will always last longer than a day!

Tengo un pastor australiano ganadero, si bien no es un perro muy grande (es mediano de 20kg) los que conocen la raza sabrán que son perros de trabajo con demasiada energía.Es IMPORTANTE mencionar que EL JUGUETE ES PESADO Y DURO, no es suave y apachurrable como muchos otros, frecuentemente otros perros en el parque lo toman prestado un rato, y a los perros pequeños se les complica cargarlo y lo dejan, y generalmente tampoco pueden morderlo, si tu perro es pequeño pero también necesitas algo así, hay otros juguetes de uso rudo pequeñitos.Siempre le habíamos comprado juguetes convencionales para perro, pero literalmente ninguno le duraba más de unos minutos, los destrozaba de inmediato, incluso probamos con balones de futbol y solo le duraban un poquito más…Hasta que decidimos probar este tipo de juguetes que prometen soportar el juego rudo de los perros, y resultó que si cumple con lo prometido!Un juguete de estos le ha durado un año! Anexo foto del jueguetes anterior (rojo), tiene un año con el y apenas esta a punto de quedar destrozado y desprenderse las bolas de los extremos.Lo recomiendo totalmente, y lo seguiré comprando!

My 7 month old labernese is a tough chewer – this toy didn’t last 10 minutes without bits coming off. He loves the texture, but it’s just not a safe chew toy.
